Yeah, from what I can see, it is a toss up between a hooded Salarian or hooded Turian. The figure sure looks female.
I think that BioWare has finally given the fans what they wanted. Female Turians. It just has to be.
It actually makes sense that they would be in support/sniper roles. I know Turians have a meritocracy but it seems like a patriarchy too.
Harby sounds more reaper like in the new trailer too.

Harbinger's voice is in SHEPARD'S HEAD. ONLY. In ME2 as well.
NO other character acknowledges Harbinger's voice and what he says.
It doesn't make sense for random fighters around the galaxy to hear Harbinger's voice - they're NOT WORTHY.
Indoctrination Theory and all that. The Harbinger in Arrival was also a vision, not some weird giant hologram platform placed for no reason.

Our MP fighters are LUCKY to be determined to be important enough for Harbinger to directly intervene.
Only Shepard is worthy of hearing Harbinger speak though. In his head.

Uh, I should point out that Harbinger's ME2 codex entry mentions that people have heard it address itself to them as Harbinger while controlling Collectors.
