Leviathan better NOT release at the same time as GW2, gaming priorities are so hard to sort out.

Has there been any in-depth analysis of the trailer? Any more catches of "bright flashes"? Did anyone else think the shuttle crashing looked a bit.. familiar? And what does "You have come too far" really mean, why not say "You have gone too far" or similar?

I hope Shepard gets to say something like "Oh look more scientists studying Reapers, this should go well.."

Since that teaser pic of the underwater Atlas only has Shep in it, I sure hope he won't be facing Leviathant (if indeed a Reaper) alone again, or else the same hallucination question will pop up that slowly starts getting the best of me. :?

I'm literally crapping myself with excitement for both Leviathan and the motherfricking Harrier in SP. I'm needing to clean up

I sure hope not.

But in case you need a dose of speculations to compensate the excitement:

EDIT: Ah, here's some clarification from Mike Gamble:

"no, it won't 'change' your ending. It will give more exposition about the reapers though!"

It will be especially suspicious if every time we encounter a Reaper that our squad-mate is not present or does not acknowledge the confrontation. If they keep doing it in DLC, its more of an indicator that something is off. While I don't actually look forward to meeting Leviathan alone, we could still interpret that in multiple ways within the context it is presented in.

Did you already run around naked in the streets and get arrested?

I think that the leviathan DLC could possibly be a tremendous victory for the IT.

Go hard or go home. :wizard:

But on the note of being alone when confronting with Reapers, that scene on Rannoch is soo strange. Tali doesn't even ask what the reaper said to you or even mention it...

Something I realized today, in multiplayer, regardless of which faction you choose, you're really fighting something else, indoctrination! Think about it, you're fighting either indoctrinated and huskified people of all races, or indoctrinated civilians turned soldiers, or indoctrinated Geth. If any of them had not been indoctrinated, you wouldn't have reason to fight them.

This same logic applies to almost everyone we've ever fought throughout the series, the rest being criminals of various levels. Assuming, like I believe, the Reapers themselves are indoctrinated as well, then the true enemy of the entire series is actually indoctrination, nothing more! Maybe Vendetta was right in a way when he said the Reapers are servants of the cycle, they are servants of indoctrination, there is no real living enemy, no boss, just an idea. We're fighting an idea. Posted Image

Paid DLC, eh? Fun. Sure is nice to be a dedicated Multiplayer...

Not going to buy this until after I hear user reviews. And if its not being compared favourably to LotSB then I'll pass.

Lol, he has a whole bunch of tabs open with things he's going to reply to later. And he went to bed. So, I can't log out or turn the computer off Posted Image

Yep.  Just like the EC changed the endings too.

Bioware seems to lie constantly in regard to the endings.  And I don't know why, or why people keep falling for it.  Hopefully eventually those lies will actually end in a positive outcome.

Sounds a lot like Simon's "Selfish Meme" theory.

I think, same here. 10€ for one good DLC is fine, but if there's ton of 'awesome' DLC, that don't have anything to add to the endings, I don't have the money to pay more than I paid for the main game for every DLC, no matter how good the story.

Hey guys.

As per Byne's suggestion, I've started trying his suggestion of Katawa Shoujo.

Byne, if you're reading this, DAMN YOU! I'm identifying with these people too much already. Hisao's personality is closer to mine than I would like to admit, master of the internal monologue and the acerbic wit. Perhaps with a bit of Rin's eccentricity.

Hanako is adorable, someone I would like to squeeze and never let go. In all honesty, things like this make me feel like I missed an opportunity with my high school years, spited by my high school standing and my highs school location

Pretty much, that's where I found the indoctrinated Reapers idea the first time, and I very much like it. Not trying to steal the spotlight or anything, it was the MP part that I was really posting about, I tend to go on about stuff I like Posted Image

And in case you need more to whet your appetite on Leviathan, here's a look at the demo:

Avoiding it myself to not be spoiled but putting it here for those who don't mind such things.
