Because it just sounds incredibly hillarious to me.

Adds an extra rift, eh? Sounds good.

He has change in airquotes, can we assume it changes maybe not the endings by themselves but how one can see them? ^^
So for example it's more obvious that it is indoctrination.

Could be a massive cop-out and the "change" could literally just be the extra dialogue we found in the EC... This is my greatest fear.

Emi's awesome. Probably my favorite. Got her route on accident my first time playing the game, when I was going for Hanako, but I loved her route.

Watched some with the sound off because I'm sure there's more to this DLC than what I leaked - The gameplay looks great

Remember, this is exactly what we were expecting 
I would not be surprised at all. That could be what he means by adding exposition about the reapers... helping people to understand.

Doesn't sound like they're adding stuff post-breath-scene though which makes me a saaaad panda

I'm debating whether I should get it or not. Would you recommend it? From what I've heard, I guess yes.

Anyone who believes that 'changes' will come in the DLC should remember that they probably won't be doing it all in one DLC. There's just no money in that.

And we all know how EA loves their money.

Oh yeah, it will come a little at a time. But the hints will be there, hopefully. If they want us to keep this up (which they probably do, for future sales sake) they have to give IT a LITTLE support in this DLC.

Will the dialogues be contained within a small portion of the game or spread across different parts and characters. I fear that it may end up being a mere EMS booster and a few additions to the ending. Which as I think about it would be quite satisfying.

They've said that we're going to learn about the Reapers' origins. IMO that's big. I'm counting on some shocking revelations.

Well if Starchild's explanation is all in his mind and works off his memories then it has to. Even for the literal ending they said his words are comprised of Shepards memories. Unless we see a scene that Shepard does not, the explanation should be the same.

Bioware have been known to do some prettty crazy things though...
