Volus are support characters...
Their speed and cloak are to help them revive other characters. They use buffs to heal their squad and debuffs to lower the enemy's defenses. They are supposed to run and hide, pick their spots, spam their powers, and get to downed fighters...

If you play a Volus as a run and gunner, you are going to fail hard...

But 3 fighters and a good support character > 4 fighters

Pretty much this. Think about it like this Maaster, if you’re on a gold game and a pyro, or something else, takes out your shields your Volus team mate can cloak to get near you and then you’ve got half your shields back. That’s what I ended up doing in a gold game I dropped in to, I stayed at the back of the group and kept spamming the replenish shield power whenever I heard a character say ‘My shields are down!’ Obviously it helped that I was using shield bonus kits so it didn't die quite as often.

FFZero most volus players are COD players run and fight up close. That plan only works if they are smarter than that.

Give it some time. People are still unlocking the new characters so it’ll take a few days for most people to actually realise how they’re meant to be played. The Turain Havoc soldier for instance, I mainly have him use hit and run tactics, so charge, melee/shotgun to face, jet backwards, repeat, that's what got me through a solo silver game earlier on and to wave 5 on a solo gold game. But you can also play him as a bloody decent tank too. Same with the Ghost.

I just wish that my near million credits would have unlocked one of the new characters...but I didn't get a one...sniff. I will have to ry to do a cred stock and see if I can unlock...

Byne do you think we should add the conversations we have with Saren talking to Shepard about Synthesis.

TIM talking about Control

Kenson talking about refuseing to stop the Reapers.

We do this, and at the end we show the things Shepard, and everyone say about Control, Synthesis, and refuse.

Then we have Destroy video having cut scenes of Shepard, Hackett Anderson, and everyone else that is no Indoctrinated talking about Destroying the Reapers.

If we explain what each person symbolises, and what the enemy has been saying about their actions, and compare them to Shepard at the end/ talking with the Catalyst. Maybe. Few people will see what we are talking about.

I wish I could, but my parents don't want me to do it, so that is why I am asking you or anyone else to make these videos.

After my cousion died, my uncle died do to the lose of his son. So ya, and the mest part of this day was in my health class today we were going through the dealing with death in a family. So ya and my mom's birthday is in 2 weeks.

Hi everyone,

I have a question.  Do you know what's playing in the background during the intro cutscene right after the kid with the ship during the scene Shepard is staring at the kid but just before Vega walks in up until Vega leaves?

It starts at 3:15 until 3:55 I don't hear it after he leaves his quarters through the walk till he gets hit by the beam.  Am I hearing voices or am I hearing some part of the place he is in.  Can anyone understand it?  If Shepard was on the Citadel I would have attributed it to background Citadel echos but Shepard is in some sort of apartment complex

P.S. for Master - 7:33 - 8:00 and compare that with what Shepard says with the catalyst talking about Synthesis.  Why is it Shepard starts off saying one thing and another with the Catalyst?

Try to keep yourself positive.  If you find it tough out there, there's bound to be a person or two you can talk to either via phone or one of your freinds.  Try to work through it as best as you can.  For sure do it for yourself, but because you're a Commander Shepard too, you have a galaxy to save too along with the rest of us.

We're here for you, like you tell us this IT thread seems to be a safe place to be.  Feel free to message some of us, we'll listen.

Really need to finish up so I can get up to speed on the EC and Leviathan (haven't done either).

Also, need to try MP again.

Without the player, and his/her friends telling us his/her mind he/she doesn't know what to do.

That is why Shepard is lost, and that is why it is up to use Shepard's mind to see the truth.

Think about it Shepard wouldn't be Shepard have it not been for his/her squad and us. We are Shepard first, and last line of defence, and if we tell Shepard what to do. He/she will do it. So if we tell Shepard what to do, then the Reapers are indoctrinating Shepard ( his/ her mind/us).

I've seen the ECs on videos.  I'm saving the experience for after Omega and if they announce one more after that I'll wait a bit more

@Shep80.....that's probably what i'm going to do. i've watched some of the leviathan vids now, and the EC vids....and will wait. I did download EC, but got a 'file corrupted' error unable to play file.....and since friggin' origins, it doesn't give the ability to redownload (as far as I can tell right now....and gotta say I'm not too super concerned about it ATM)

Omega and/or any other SP DLC would need to be pretty major for me to want DLC at this point.
Although I'm tempted.....but I shall drink a couple of beers with my $10 instead of feeding it into the EA vending machine.

and now my 3rd match lost my connection. 

Well out of 5 2 matches I made it to the end, 2 got disconnected, and 1 I lost against two scions and a predetorian.  My Cain was supposed to kill the predetorian in one shot but the guy still had half his HP.  After firing the other shot the two scions who were supposed to get the other Cain killed me

I'm glad BioWare brought in the Collectors.  For some reason playing against them is awesome!
