So...TIM = Gollum? If anyone wants to help me send the Collector's back to darkspace...gamertag is David Sharrah on the 360...I'll be on in just a few...
In a way... yeah. Haha.
Corrupted by the enemy, maybe from the beginning, but also enabling the protagonist to see the journey through and save the world.
Cerberus 'good' effects:
-Shepard resurrection
-Miranda, Jacob, Jack as allies
-Normandy 2.0 (even if somehow, the Collectors came to detect 1.0 thanks to Cerberus), and the crew it contains
-EDI as ally and incredible tool to combat the Reapers
-EVA body for EDI
-stopping Reapers from having a ready Human-Reaper for when they invade
-studies on indoctrination, Reaper tech, synthetic tech
Could the galaxy, and Shepard be as ready for the Reapers if Cerberus wasn't there? No. Shepard would be dead. Galaxy would be roflstomped, even aside from Shepard doing stuff for it.
I don't consider them, even remotely, to be good guys (or TIM to be a good guy). I do consider them to be instrumental to the cycle being broken. Every cycle has its traitors, and Cerberus is that, but to stop the Reapers you must understand the cycle, and that includes understanding Cerberus.
And if TIM somehow knows about the Levithans and more... I think this traitor group may have more under its sleeves than even the Reapers understood, even after Sanctuary.

Illusive Man: "We lost contact with Dr. Chandana's team shortly after they boarded. Initial reconnaissance revealed no clues, and it was too risky to commit more resources -- but now we need that IFF."
*Has several IFFs*
Probably copied from the Normandy. We still cooperated with TIM at that point including EDI and Miranda. Any of those two could easily have sent a copy of the IFF.

Now I have that Haribo jingle stuck in my head.
G.D. Gummybears.
I think the Volus being ultra rare annoys me more than the idiots that run up to a banshee and smack it. Though watching a volus struggling on gold as the last party member alive was pretty epic. Of course if the guy playing the support character actually supported the party things would've ended up different. He could've revived a party member. Volus seem to a Rambo complex.

There is a thread about a guy who soloed platinum with a volus.
But interestingly enough, there is a pic in that thread of a volus with 4 glowy eyes. It makes me hope to see a rEAperized volus.
Have we seen any indoctrinated Volus?

I think he's indoctrinated... in a sense... sort of. It's special.
But the bolded part is important, if I'm right.
I think he's indoctrinated into Reaper 'mindset', but that doesn't mean he's succumbed. And if Citadel is a hallucination/dream/whatever, then he may have a final reveal of his plan.
No. Whatever his plans were, are long gone. All he could reveal at that point is Reapers' plans.

It's possible that TIM could still have more to do than we already know, especially if the final confrontation with him is all a dream. In the end, he was certainly under Reaper control, but just in the previous mission, the attack on the Cerberus Base, he seemed fine.Humakt83 wrote...

We were three players on Firebase Ghost (?) -Benning- and made it to wave 10 against Collectors on silver (all character around lvl ~15). Then we all died, me being the last that bled to death. I thought it was over and expected the "mission scrubbed"-line. But then, the camera moves to a Volus Adept in rainbow armor at the spawning location - he just had joined the match.
I think you can imagine how I laughed my ass off, when I saw how he was being cornered and r@ped by several Collectors in one of those container houses. His medi-gels and spec-ops packs did not save him.
Edit: Don't forget to vote!

It's funny how often the volus player is always the last one standing, even though their health is atrocious.Restrider wrote...

No. TIM lost it already prior to the beginning of Mass Effect 3. TIM and in extension majority of Cerberus was on a Reaper leash. Rope just tightened when he chose to implant himself.
He gave in to the suggestion and manipulation.
