You know I thought about Destroy, and and what Leviathan said.
" The Reapers see you as a threat. I must find out why?"
And then I see the Catalyst at the end, and now I know why he is angry in refuse.
1. We want's Shepard plain as that.
2. In Destroy Shepard is going to fightback, and the Reapers/Harbinger must kill him/her before he/she wakes up.
3. Your EMS unlock endings right, yet looking at the options we have at the end. We have 4.
4. Refuse leads you to give up and not go on. Your letting your friends, family, and everyone die because you can't do it anymore. You broke your Shepard because you didn't reconnect his/her mind to his/her prime purpose.
5. Synthesis is not for the whole galaxy, but the Reapers. They get Shepard's DNA, and everything that makes Shepard. We GIVE them Shepard.
6. In Control the Reapers gain Control of Shepard, not us. We were his/her voice in her/his head telling him/her what was right, and what is wrong, and now we are gone. The Reapers tell Shepard what to do because we can no longer control Shepard if he/she is died.
7. Destroy we reconnect Shepard's mind. If you notice every time Shepard fires his/her gun in Destroy. You see Shepard stand up, and regain focues when every shot hit's the tube.
8. Now when we see the memorial scene something is not right with it. The whole crew Should be there in the memorial scene because they lost their captin of the ship, and like all soldiers have done in the past. All personal should be their. No game machanic should not stop Bioware from adding more crew members on the scene because when it's showing the Krogan in Destroy their are a lot in one area.
9. Anyways when the memorial scene is gone, only in Destroy do we see a 20 second clip of Shepard lying in rubble some where on Earth. Now the funny thing about this clip it's right after the eplilogue, and why is it that in mid/low EMS they now that Shepard died in Destroy.
Nobody can know that Shepard is dead, as is Anderson. Heck why don't we see Joker carrying EDI's body at all. We should see them placing EDI's name first. Yet when we see the memorial scene EDI, and Anderson's name is up on there. My question is how long has it been?
Like gambel said I think, or from the files it's flash forward.
Now the funny thing is about Destroy is that Hackett never says Shepard is dead. Not even in Low/ mid EMS. That's weird because if Hackett doesn't know Shepard is not dead, then how does the crew know that Shepard is dead in Mid Destroy?
Now I can see in Control that Shepard could have told them about what happened, as well as in Synthesis. What I mean is that in Synthesis when Shepard jumped into the beam, it's possible that the brat told everyone about what Shepard did, and what happend to him. Yet Destroy nobody can know about Shepard because the only person that knows where Shepard is. Is dead right.
Also Shepard is in no shape to get up, I mean look at him/her in the breath scene. He/she has already pushed his/her limits, so why does the crew now that Shepard is alive. Shepar can't tell them where he/she is because no Organic other than Shepard has been to. And remember Shepard passed out before he/she arrived to the Catalyst chambers, so even he/she doesn't know where he/she is.
That is why IT can explaine all of this because it's the truth. Why does Bioware want us to speculate, it's because they want us to debate on how is right, and why does the ending make no sense.
Easy way out : bad writing
Hard way that took months in the making, and still is: IT
Let's be honest guys people really don't speculate about the endings other than us.
They ask why does the endings make no sense, and when we give them one they either say.
" IT sounds worse than the endings, and that means my choice didn't matter in Control, or synthesis."
Hey you asked and we anwsered.
