Since the Starchild is an AI it might have a kind fof shackles that prevent him from changing his solution. In this interpretation the choice Shepard is about to make would represent the act of unshackling the Catalyst.
But the ending isn't really what it seems so that's not the real Intelligence, but Impostor Harby.
i still think its the Reapers talking through Shepard's implants

I'm expecting Harbinger to play a prominent role in it. + the Collectors + Aria + maybe a trip through the Omega 4 Relay. I'd really like to see a big space battle between Cerberus and whatever scum mercs Aria's got.MassEffectFShep wrote...
broad question: do ITers have any specific expectations/predictions for the Omega DLC, or is it just sort of a wait-and-see situation?

Popular ones include Collectors making a return (Omega Nebula was their front yard) and Omega originally being an unfinished Crucible that was repurposed into a mining facility...

I for one am expecting to see the collectors but this time when they're possesed,I wonder if harbinger says alot of quotes.
If that does happen it proves just how interested he is in shepard since in mp he does not speak.

I don't get it. I can't see anything unusual in this pic. Shepard falls on his knees, then stands up and grabs the handles with determination.Dwailing wrote...

The reason Harbinger doesn't speak in multiplayer is because they'd have to redo a lot of the coding. which sounds like too much work. Not to mention I'm not a big fan of putting up with extra lag just so my enemy can taunt me.
Single player is different, because Harbinger's lines will just be ordinary dialogue hooked to play when in combat with the collectors.

I still like the idea someone put forth earlier that Harby doesnt taunt the MP characters because they arent the ones he wants. He wants Shepard.

I've noticed in mkII there was a mention of a ''bug'' at startup, sometimes when your comp is slow you see a video of a dark planet with fires. Someone said it was Palaven, but i screenshotted it and zoomed, and guess what.... its Earth!
you can check it out yourself

One of possible explanations to this is that Shepard is still on Earth, and war is not yet over.
Another thing, not sure if anyone noticed.... on a terminal in spectre office it says how galactic economy can only sustain war for a year before collapsing... funny how thats how long bioware plans to release dlc's for the game.....

It's a representation of Shepard grabbing power both literally in the visual representation and the metaphorical equivalent of "power-grab" ie. grasping for control (since TIM prefers control and he equates power == control).paxxton wrote...
He has the power. So what?High voltage electricity is going through his body so he has to grab both handles to close the circuit.
Are you refering to the way he stands as if he was forcing the handles? If so it shows how determined he is to finish what he started - take Control. Yeah, I know I sound like a Literalist with this. lol

Yeah, but I don't really understand what's the fuss about? lol Control was always like that. Shepard gets the power with which comes responsibility. In IT, his lust for power dooms him.PsiMatrix wrote...

The Quarians also rarely if ever leave their suits. So is it possible that Tali may be the only member of the Normandy not actually indoctrinated to some degree unless you picked her as your romance partner?
