i believe EDI mentions that the IFF protocols have been sent out right before launching priority earth, but correct me if im wrong. if you sabatoge the genophage cure, its also shown that salarian stealth dreadnoughts utilize the reaper IFF in construction.
as for the head of government, the council is alot like the UN now, just much more respected. killling the council would still leave local and federal governments operating unaffected.
as for a moral blow, yes, the citadel falling would be a crushing moral blow, but so is the occupation of all major homeworlds. it comes down to a question of worth. would the reapers sacrifice capital ships to crush moral when they can totally occupy a few homeworlds without losing any capital ships?

Yeah the Salarian Stealth Dreadnoughts have the Reaper IFF indicating it has been spread in some form.

But another thing to remember regarding the Council and the Citadel. The Citadel as the symbol of unity in the galaxy could easily backfire upon the Reapers if they attacked it.

Think about it, both the Asari and Salarians hesitate to enter the war full scale instead focusing on protecting themselves. If the Reapers struck the Citadel it would be a blow against all the Council races possible causing the Asari and Salarians to immediately strike back.

They still tried to take the Citadel through Cerberus who was not a face of the Reapers and as such could not have caused the same effect.

Off course it might also have been a crippling moral blow, but that is speculation.

Another thing to remember is that the Citadel Defense Force could eaisly seal the station should the Reapers attack since the Reapers have no element of suprise. They need someone on board (like Sovereign needed Saren) or they might find themselves pounding the outer shell for years trying to breach it.

This did not seem to hold them back when they moved it to Earth though, but that might be due to a agent on board preventing the station from beeing closed (like TIM) .

Of course, but then again, we don't know when Hisao visited the doctor las. It could have been before he got the disease.

Hence we're back to my initial assumption that his health was neglected in this aspect.

Waah, this game!! I can't stop playing it!! :pinched:

There are other symptoms that can be easily detected long before a heart attack takes place. Just by listening to heartbeats.

Hisao is confirmed by the KS devs to have Long QT Syndrome, which wikipedia claims is difficult to detect.

I guess I haven't reach that point of the story yet. Posted Image

Well, its never said in the story, just word of god.

Like jump into a beam of energy and have everything you are sent out to the galaxy in order to stop murderous robots from killing everyone (but not really everyone, just everyone)?

Well, how do most people we've seen so far escape indoctrination?  (Yes, I mean suicide, and no, I don't mean that I'm actually going to commit suicide.  But I might end up choosing Rejection a few times in a row. Posted Image)

Well I thought shooting a red tube of cables did the trick. ;)

Well, it does, but I'm just starting to doubt EVERYTHING!  I'm very freaked out right now!

Don't be afraid. Embrace the literist side!

You've got to be kidding me. That isn't even related to the quote that started this! And seriously that looks like I'm trying to look smart by defending MB? I don't even...
Maybe you should go on another thread if you wish to discuss about the similarities between Halo and ME3?
WHAT THE F***? So I'm not allowed to use references to back up my theories? I was talking about cinematics in trailers, so I referenced the cinematics in a trailer. Your insane!
His insane?
If you mean he's insane, then yes. I'm pretty sure.

Fixed.

You're too easy prey. Maybe you should just keep quiet, then you'd look a lot smarter.

Byne is the one who's insane here, and drove all of you nuts on all kinds of false tracks.
I made a spelling mistake while distracted. Therefore I'm retarded. Anyway, ad hominem attacks? Surprise!

Of course, the guy who made it possible for all of us to enjoy the Mass Effect 3 ending even while everyone else said they sucked is the one who's insane.  The guy who took the time to dig deep into the ending sequence and invest a ton of his time in a brilliant theory while all of you Literalists dismissed BioWare as sucky writers despite all the evidence to the contrary is insane.  And of course, the guy who was responsible for bringing all of us together in this community of friendship and peace while all you Literalists could do was rage and storm is nuts.  Seems legit. Like I said, you get easily distracted. My kid has the same problem at school. Though it does not relate to IT, it does relate to being distracted from relating to IT.

No, I won't give in, I refuse to give up hope!

Alright, if IT is correct, I'll always choose Destroy.  If Literalism is correct, I'll make Shepards with each ending just so I can see how everything plays out in future games.  I want to see how BioWare is going to be able to pull off a game that accounts for all four possible endings.

Wait.... I just quoted L Ron Hubbard. That doesnt do wonders towards proving my sanity....

Ouch, now I'm having flashbacks to yesterday.  I really don't know what came over me that made me Caps Lock.  I guess I've just been dealing with so many of these trolls while trying to remain calm that I just couldn't take it anymore.
