Noted.  I still am wondering at the lack of confirmation. Its clear that everyone on that asteroid was indoctrinated. They clearly experienced Shepards symptoms. Shepard says to Hackett the dreams were gone which was not true. (end of Arrival)

Confirmation or Denial now wouldn't serve Bioware a whole lot of good because whatever they'd do, they'd ****** off two large groups of people who absolutely think that they are right. Of course, when either interest has died down or people are particularly demanding answers and its worse than whether they confirm or deny it (the latter is very unlikely), they'll likely do it.
