Well, they changed the Catalyst's dialogue enough in the EC that it was possible to tell him to frak off thus creating a new ending.  Don't dismiss what effect changing the dialogue can have.

Yeah, as much as I love ME3 and the hard work the dev team put into it, it's hard to ignore some of the pre-release lies such as "There will be no A, B, and C endings"

Oh yes, because "nuts" and "insane" have SUCH different meanings.  They're as different as the three endings were pre-EC, and we ALL know how different the three endings were pre-EC.

Well then, if you were called the Catalyst, then you must have been called the AntiChrist before then and just forgotten.  Because the Catalyst is MUCH worse than the AntiChrist.

ME2:  "Are we getting another squadmate?"  "No." *Releases Kasumi DLC*
ME3:  "Is there going to be multiplayer?" "No." *Announces Multiplayer*
           "Are you going to change the ending?" "No." *Announces EC a day before PAX panel*        

They're just the ones I remember.
