Actually I believe the DLC list was released before Retaliation was even announced. :?

Also...have you guys seen this yet?

http://social.biowar.../index/10973597

I thought it was out after Retaliation was announced/leaked but before the Groundside Resistance (which contained the Executioner and Venom)

And hang on I'm checkin your link.

Nah, pretty sure before. Like a week before or so. Everyone dismissed it cause it seemed to lack legitness. Seems pretty real now. ;)

You have that backwards. Information on Retaliation was leaked on Reddit (and several other places) 7-10 days prior to that silly pastebin list that has since grown in description.

I feel like EA wouldn't let them alienate certain fans who "chose wrongly" so they had to "legitimize" those other endings. Leaving us to "speculate everywhere"

Mass Effect is too great a story for it not to follow the same rule as those other wonderful games. No wonder Gamble, Casey, and all of them get mad at people. Sometimes it feels so obvious...

When has EA ever done anything right?

They should realize this by now.

I don't buy that. Picking the wrong choice at the end of ME3 is just like picking the wrong people for the suicide mission. It's your own fault for not understanding the characters.

What the hell? I didin't write that! Notice how "Banshee" and "Ownage" are 2 words there? My name is connected... Who's trying to screw me over? Posted Image

I'm watching the debate on XboxLive to get a Halo4 avatar outfit. Lol. I'm sad.

So notice this thread has grown in size recently. Any good speculationz, info, reveals? Or is it just more Master Blaster double posts and talk of Red vs. Blue? Posted Image

I whole-heartedly agree. But the way EA fueled new and more people to come to the francchise so they could secure their cash cow (micro-transactions, DLC, and ME4) seems to me like EA would rather have more people playing with their 'entitlements" , blind and happy, than produce a good old fashioned Bioware game... I dunno though

So make the reveal the final DLC. Not only does that make sense from a storytelling perspective, but then all the previous DLC sells anyway Posted Image

Agreed. I don't care if the Shepard breath scene at the end is that last thing that happens in 3, as long as something finally explains why the hell the main character would make it all the way to the denouement of the story only to go against everything previously learned and capitulate to the hive mind of the main antagonist.

Again, I'm aware of that Gamble quote, but it can only carry me so far. If you were to characterize my general mood about Mass Effect as sour and embittered as compared to six months ago, you would not be incorrect. I'm still looking forward to playing through future DLC, but I have zero expectations for betterment of the story.

Do not think you're alone on this one. I for one, have no negative emotions about ME3 anymore, however, also no real genuinly positive ones, either.
I simply stopped caring and along came the not-worrying.

What reason should anyone, who's been on this ride for 7 months, have to still care emotionly, anyway? IMO that's not healthy.
Either stay for the puzzle or move along if you fear disappointment. Ok, there is the thing of 'strong hope/faith' but for me, this one kept putting me under too much stress.
Less heart, more brain. Then things tend to become clearer.

And then you'll find out if you want to stay or leave.

Still catching up but wanted to quote this because it explains exactly how  I feel. Many others might be getting to this point as well. Of all the IT threads, this one has been the most sluggish. We're running out of things to talk about. We've heard less and less from Bioware over time. How much further can this go on? It's starting to turn into a cruel joke. Did Shepard die or not? Did we stop the Reapers or not? Was the end real or not? Why are we still asking this!

I wish I could move on because it would be healthier than living in a made up universe every day hoping you'll find a new clue that will make everything make sense again. I'm getting tired of the ambiguity. Either come out and say IT is false or true but don't leave me in limbo for several more months. This is beyond fair.

On the other hand, I would imagine Bioware would regain much respect, and ME4 pre-orders would skyrocket. It would be the opposite of what we got. Instead of everyone telling everyone how bad ME3's ending was, they'd tell everyone what an amazing thing Bioware pulled off.

Lol, Shepard is on the Lone Wolf banner. It's funny because Shepard is nothing without his squad. Last time he did a mission without his squad, he got knocked out by Object Rho. Then the beam run - alone...

And there's the Reaper Mastery one. Harbinger in the Citadel dream hallway...

Holy crap! Something I just figured out! You get these for "defeating" them in MP:

Where do you defeat the Collectors? The Collector Base
Where do you defeat (or make peace with) the Geth? In orbit above Rannoch
Where do you defeat Cerberus? TIM's office
Where do you defeat the Reapers? Your mind!
