Take your pick. If you have none of them, you've done bad.

1. I thought so too, but it does put somewhat into question the significance of the armor switch overall.
2. This is very possible. Like I said, it's a post credits easter egg.
Still, it's not unfair for some to ask if Bioware is confirming the post blast events are at least partially real.
Or it's a time change as to when the indoctrination begins. I had always leaned toward being in the citadel and given the citadel is a reaper machine, it would make sense that's were it would most quickly and easily happen.

There are lot things possible. Earlier I stated that in the movie Fight Clubstarlitegirlx wrote...
If we start examining the outfit in the breath scene, now we are tipping our toes into dream within a dream stuff. Shepard chooses destroy and thinks he/she is free, BUT, once you are indoctrinated to that degree CAN you get out? Those who find a way out shoot themselves in the head. If they don't find a way out they end up killed by shepard and crew. This is factual in game history.
So if shepard is indoctrinated or undergoing such intensive indoctrination is it possible to break free? Leviathan let Shepard free. Didn't look like shepard was going to get free on his/her own. So maybe you think you are free (Didn't Saren and Illusive man think they were free while they were doing the bidding of the reapers?) are you really free? Wow! What a statement about indoctrination within society!
Seems we may actually be converging onto dream within a dream and that Shepard only thinks she/he has won but is still caught in the grip of indoctrination. No waking up. Just imagining waking up.
Edited to add: If Shepard is the only one who could snap victims out of indoctrination and shepard is indoctrinated or being indoctrinated, who snaps shepard out of it?
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
the ending should've been that the Narrator kills Tyler and himself to reach true freedom, since that was a core theme of the movie.
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
That would be similar to what you are saying.
On the other hand, we have been experiencing that Shepard is an extraordinary individual, being able to process the Prothean Beacon without getting lost in insanity (Manuel for that matter, may have used the Beacon and ended as a babbling insane). Furthermore, we thought that the stunt we did during ME 2 was a certain suicide, yet it turned out to only be the case, if you really failed at the game.
I think Shepard could be the exception and truly beat indoctrination - though suffering losses and endure a lot of grim torments.

I still have no clue what Liara's gift was supposed to be. She said it was one of her memories or something, but it didnt look anything like a memory she would have had.
Even Shepard seemed confused afterwards.

I think it was originally suppose to be there if you romanced her

I wonder if the consort's trinket and the prothean beacon it activates could be added to that list?

Hm, can't remember noticing that (youtube videos, so possibly EMS dependent) the Liara=LI version has a red light in it, Liara=nonLI a blue light.
Also, Shepard's concerned/confused look vs. Liara's cold looks are odd and definitely contribute to the overall awkwardness of the London FOB.

I am not sure what it was either.
Though to the above list we could add Javiks memory shard I would say if you got it from him. Maybe even Leviathan, but I would not like that solution.

You know, I had a thought yesterday. I might have an explanation for why BioWare used a photoshopped picture for Tali. You know how before ME3 came out people were photoshopping various faces onto Tali? Yeah.
I don't know what all the fuss is about. Tali's face is perfectly fine. Nobody complains about how Miranda is based off of a model too.

I really don't have a problem with it either. I'm just offering a possible explanation for why they would do it that way. I think it might have been a shout out that was HORRIBLY misinterpretted as laziness.

The Miranda comparison doesn't really fit because she was human and we already have an expectation of what they look like (obviously heh). I think people were just disappointed that they lazily grabbed a Getty image and just added some effects to it rather than come up with something more creative for what a Quarian would look like. I agree that people overreacted, though. I was mostly "meh" over it.401 Kill wrote...

I was always more upset that they actually showed what quarians looked like than by Tali's being a photoshopped image.

I was more disappointed that it was a cheap and obvious photoshop. If it was an image inspired or based off a picture, I'd be okay with it I guess. But it smacked of laziness, and was a rather unpleasent slap in the face for Tali fans.

I'll admit, the fact that the Reapers have been doing this for so long, and so effectively is rather impressive. However, just because I respect my enemy doesn't mean that I don't want to turn them into gigantic piles of radioactive sludge.

It's an easter egg, pre-rendered and it really would require significant work to make one for all combinations. They felt it was post credits and felt it acceptable to not make it consistent to what armor your Shepard is wearing.
It is not an easter egg. And it certainly isn't post credit.

Shepard still hasn't woken up.
This is most likely. The scene could just be a hint that shepard is dreaming - like when you're in the middle of a dream, and you think (hey, i'm must be dreaming, oh well, where was i?)
