That quote from Retribution has nothing to do with the Reapers, TIM was trying to manipulate Aria and lying to her.
His goal was to get rid of Grayson because he escaped his control and was trying to convince Aria to do his dirty work for him.
He was comparing her  with a batarian lieutenant of hers.

As far as I know, all Chris said about ME3 DLC was that there was more DLC coming after Omega with no timetable for its end. He never said anything about a DLC with a March release.

I'm aware of all that. I still don't think that's what it is. If the original "Project X" leak came as the other DLC leaks had, I'd be more inclined to give it some weight, but Julian's "I know a guy on a forum who knows another guy who's connected to Bioware's inner circle and here's what he told me ..." has zero credibility to me. Besides, if he did have this connection, Julian would easily be able to ascertain the validity of that pastebin DLC timetable. And he hasn't. Chris is just trolling or we're hoping a little too much here.

Is there a transcript or video up yet on this?  It'd be interesting to know what the conversation was surrounding his quote. 

Because it seems he's talking about 3 different games, not DLC. He said DA3, ME4 and Project X. The first two are full games, making it seem like the third item is a full game as well.

That's almost confirming what I'm thinking: Besides Walters and Casey (maybe perhaps Gamble) noone @ Bioware has a clue what really happened

Project x can't be ME4. That's not a secret.

If it's a new IP then they are trolling so hard they would probably lose some hardcore fans who would feel.utterly betrayed when the dlc cycle comes and goes without some sort of ending dlc.

They've denied project x enough times to know what it means lol
