To clarify he mentioned the Project X thing when he was talking about the various projects BW are working on, so new ME game, DA3 and Project X.

Well, Aaron Flynn did write on the Bioware blog that the ME team is working on a completely new IP.

I'm still not holding out hope. I'm not even convinced we need a reveal. I would like to be vindicated for all the flack the literalists have given us though.

What's wrong with just leaving it at the breath scene? The evidence even shows to me - a literalist - that something is off so to speak.

but the game is over. The breath scene and the accompanying stargazer scene show that you won and the galaxy is safe. Asking for validation on this just to shove in ppls faces seems a bit low.

So let me get this straight, there's nothing actually linking Project X with Mass Effect?

Yeah, I'm not getting hyped.

Right.  It's always been speculation, but one that Priestly has addressed and denied.  So basically, we're going off the accepted knowledge that Priestly knows what "Project X" means to BSN and that he's either evil or he's hinting.

I think he's just being evil.

What about the Omega DLC that everyone knew was happening?

It's been confirmed by BioWare.

Uh, yeah. I know that. :P I'm asking if there have been any developments on that front other than the announcement?

Btw, APOSTATE, APOSTATE.

Position of Quarian admirals during Tali's trial:

Admiral Daro'Xen, who desires  to control the geth, is standing on the left.
Admiral Zaal'Koris, who wishes to make peace with the geth, is standing on the middle.
Admiral Han'Gerrel, who wants to destroy the geth, is standing on the right.

I'm not getting hyped either. I'm just saying that this will be the end of the line for Bioware for me if they just leave it hanging there with no explanation. I still believe they are good people and although an occasional teasing can be forgiven, this goes beyond that.

It's basically saying

"You know that ending dlc rumor we denied? You know, project x? Well it's real. But maybe it's not."

Coincidence?

Nice catch. Probably coincidence though. The only other 'three voices' scenario I can think of that paralells this would be the council. I don't know the personalities of the replaced council but the original doesn't mirror the triad you're suggesting.

But that gets me thinking. The optional mission in ME2 where the geth have that weather control device. Anyone have screens of it to compare to the 3!conduit? I mean, the clouds open up over London in at least some of the EC cinematics.

That's the thing. We knew there's a new IP coming. If they dont want to say anything more about it why drop it's codename at all? We're in the middle of the ME DLC cycle. If they meant project x isn't da or me related, that's basically admitting it's the new IP. But by not saying that and knowing the terms clear implications, they are intentionally feeding the hype machine, knowing it's not what many will think it os. That's trolling. I just find it hard to believe Bioware would mess with some of their most loyal fans that way

Not much. The trailer drops on November 7th.  The only other thing I can think of Omega-related is that Mac Walters said in an interview that the Collectors would not be appearing in SP, so by extension not in Omega.

I was trying to stick with the dragon age theme though.

And I was using the word apostate as it originally meant. And I linked dictionary.com precisely to prevent the DA association. Because they didn't even use the word correctly.

See what I did? I derailed the thread. It's like I never left!

Hmm..

There's a conduit/beam like object on the background during one of the firewalker missions on Mass Effect 2. On the world Lattesh (star system: Chomos).

So many beams. And none of them but one (apparently) are transport devices.
