I played both of them a while ago and I was still pretty lost half the time. I'd expect you'd be completely lost.

I still have to finish AC2 and I haven't played AC, so I'm in an even worse situation than that. Posted Image

So, I just beat Assassin's Creed 3.

Weird ass ending. But then, I thought AC stopped making any sense the instant they started with all that first civilization crap, so I cant really say it made any less sense than the rest of the stuff.

You must have rushed right through it, because I'm still hunting and doing side missions after the martha's vineyard quest.

But then, exploring is my favorite part of the games and also seeing landmarks and such.

Yeah, I did rush through it, which is weird, since I usually like the exploring and stuff, but this time I just didnt care at all.

Though I can say with certainty that boat battles were stupid and had no place in the game.

Just read the last three pages in the Different Ascension thread.
There was a guy with a Drell avatar picking on them and alluding to IT I've never seen here. Well, the point is that my head does not feel good anymore after watching into the abyss and experiencing that the abyss was staring back. *Shudders*

Just wanted to comment on something that I saw earlier...but don't want to go find the actual post to quote...in sense it was a discussion about who was to blame for the Rachni Wars...pull yourself back for a second and look at the entire galaxy and the big picture...if you do this you will see that there are two oppossing forces that are use strategy to subtly move the galaxay in the direction that they desire...like a chess match. I am confident that you can guess both of them...then consider the implications.

Really? I have to wait until the 22nd.

My halloween party just finished, and I just finished cleaning everything up. People find it kinda weird that I even celebrate halloween.

Is Germany one of those odd countries that doesnt enjoy holidays that feature women in sexy costumes?

Nah, they just do it on New Years Eve. It's called "Rummelpot." It's kinda a tradition here.
However, me being tri-national, I can celebrate every important day from each country, which is kinda awesome.

That totally contradicts what everyone thinks about humanity until ME3.

*snip*

- It's designed to help with a superweapon to destroy the Reapers, but it'll only respond to a race that knew they were being wiped out? That makes less than no sense. They supposedly left that thing there for the asari to finish what they started, but it'll never do that because it'll only trigger for Protheans. WTF?

remind me again who said that? Vendetta, Liara, or someone else?

Which part? I can't remember who pointed what out but it was readily apparent that Vendetta was responding to Shepard because it thought he was a Prothean due to the cipher. He didn't care much about the actual[/b] Prothean, but I just figured he was programmed by Microsoft. It was of course also obvious that he was designed to help with the Crucible. Which he didn't do until after Cerberus hacked him to make him.

So do you think he was first a plant by the Leviathans or Reapers or whatever?

And then was tampered with by Cerberus?

A...red herring? (dum dum dummmmm)

Ya. I think the kid is the biggest red herring but I am suspicious now after about 600 posts on IT that Vendetta may not be all he/she/it seems to be.

I'm Bavarian and I have never heard of this.
We have the Oktoberfest, though. Lots of sexy costumes there...and the women, too :P

So what's that thing Paxx wrote earlier about pumpkins on FB Ghost?

Ugh, I dunno how to say it correctly on english...

It's a "friesisch-protestantische" tradition, which is probably why you've never heard of it in Bayern:P

I don't take part in it personally, though. I'm not part of the friesian minority, nor do I exercise its rituals.

As if Germans need an excuse to drink lots of beer. You're not as stoic and joyless as you want everyone to think you are.

i.e. I love Germany.
