I drink occasionally. When rehearsing with my band, or on social occasions. I rarely drink alone, unless it's a hot summer night, then I'll have an ice cold beer.

I get tired of people saying 'drinking makes you stupid'. That's a stupid dogma and it's only valid when you drink too much. It's not that one-sided.

Drinking has an important social function. It helps people (especially the socially awkward types) to loosen up and have an easy chat or dance, when normally they wouldn't. It's all about moderation and knowing your limits.

I drink on Holidays and parties. But I know of people who have a habit of doing it daily (much like our mutual friend, The Drinking Man) and believe me their behavior and intellect is gradually impaired. Benders aren't drunkards but addiction keeps them in check. They just know how to hide it.

But it is these questions that give me great hope that an IT reveal will be coming in the future... but only to those who have purchased all the DLCs. Since without these answers it will be difficult to see through Harbinger's indoctrination attempt.

So in other words, money.

Also, since everyone else is saying it, I'm Mormon (hence the LDS in my name) and thus do not do drugs/alcohol of any sort.

Okay that new wallpaper aside from being spoilerific also has a few oddities. Garrus for one, the visor and scar are on the wrong side of his face and Wrex’s scars are missing. Do Bioware even check for consistency now...

edit: Also on the drinking topic, I don’t drink alcohol at all, hate the taste of the stuff.

I've gotten my Halloween Banner. Yay!

Me too!

Congrats.

Also, a Producer Diary was posted on the BioWare blog.

I'm actually very glad to see that the PS3 version of the trilogy pack includes "Bring down the Sky" and all the ME2 dlc bar Arrival. I don't mind there being no Pinnacle Station - that was rubbish anyway.

I was  wondering about that, but didnt know if its considered rude to ask about someone else's religion or not.

Bioware might as well just slap space kid on that cover sticking his middle fingers up at the Reaper hidden in the corner.

Pretty much. But, I imagine that any reveal DLC would be free.

I like how they went and added Saren into the picture, but Harby is still conveniently absent. He must be off scheming.

2 things i noticed today when finishing my insanity run. Sounds like Harbinger says harvest just as he shoots the beam that kills everyone bar Shepard and Anderson[But not in his normal voice :( ]

and 2 the noise when Shepard opens his eyes when he gets up to the citadel [6:26]

QFT
And don't forget all the various substances in wine or beer (such as anti-oxidants etc.).
And having a drink in style with your friends/family - especially on certain occasions such weddings/birthdays/other celebrations - while knowing your limit is priceless, even more if the drinks are of a certain level of quality. To some extend that also applies for cigars - while I despise cigarettes (a cigarette is to a cigar what a sausage if to a steak).

Of course, if you are not old enough (not fully enzymatically prepared to process ethanol), it is not a good idea to drink.

While i don't know if it's rude or not to ask people that, I'm glad your curiosity has been slated.

He's upset about his role in ME3

indoct theory is just a bad fanfic

sorry guys, the franchise is over. Bioware is now salvaging what money they can from the ToRtanic, and using Mass effect revenue to fund dragon age 3, which will hopefully be a good game

@doomsday Stargazer: "Yes, but some of the details have been lost in time"

We are starting to get some of those details, EC, Leviathan, now what will Omega add?

My modular theory, in order for Shepard to defeat Harbinger he's going to need a few things, like the deathly hallows (Harry Potter reference)

1. Leviathan to take down Harbinger
2. Aria's fleet to help provide cover for Leviathan?
3. ????
4. Profit! (or win the game)

Edit: Remember even if IT is true Shepard is still in bad shape with Harbinger hovering over him. Can't wait for Omega.

Precisely, there were a few questions that remained after the original ending that we are geting answers to through the DLC. Namely:
-Why didn't the Protheans succeed? Answered in From Ashes.
-What are the Reapers and how does Indoctrination work? Answered in Leviathan.
-What really is the Crucible? Presumably answered in Take Back Omega DLC.
-What really is the Catalyst/Citadel? Presumably answered in the CItadel DLC uncovered in the Leviathan files.

Prothians --> From Ashes
Reaper + Indoctrination origins --> Leviathan
Cerberus + Crucible --> Take Back Omega?
Citadel + Crucible? + Reapers? --> Citadel DLC?
Final one? --> Reveal?

Which brings up another interesting theory....

Some snippets:

"How was shepard able to call the normandy down for a pick up, despite
being near a reaper, in the middle of a hot zone?  Simple.  Shepard saw
that his friends had had enough and called   a cab.  Could this be the
first step to seeing his own problem with alcohol?  Very touching."

"why are there no fat people? beer googles."

"why is it called a reputation BAR?:"

"crucible, galatic super weapon or alarm clock?"

finally: "Marauder Shields was a bouncer, trying to tell you that you've had
enough. or was he part of shepards addiction not letting him leave (wake
up)  you decide!"
