Edit: never mind. Apparently it's xbox exclusive.

Exactly! This is what I keep trying to tell these people. They think they're so smart, with their thoughtful analysis of themes and foreshadowing. But they're not. Things are always as they seem, anyone who thinks otherwise is,a fool looking for things that aren't there. Why they insist on ruining the bsn for all us level headed people is beyond me. Indoctrination plays no part in Mass Effect, and Mac Walters doesn't know enough about psychology to understand symbolism if it slapped him in the face. It's totally fan dudgeon because it's only about what happens after the game is over

and 2 the noise when Shepard opens his eyes when he gets up to the citadel [6:26]

The Harbinger noise is probably nothing since it also appeared on Rannoch while fighting the Reaper.
The other noise has already been pointed out in this thread. As far as I know some think it may be a defibrilator of some sort and I guess it is also featured in Leviathan during the transition between RL and VR.
