Meh I will still do it and maybe Star or anyone else. Really I just want to see what's the over all out come.

I told myself I would never go renegade full renegade Shepard, but I will.

The galaxy will pay my Shepard tribute in blood, or Star's.

A bunch of us should do this for fun. It would be great! Compare notes on what options we took.

I'll be ruthless colonist since mindoir would totally shape someone into ruthless.

Oha dn byne ya Ruthless/Colonist is a good one.oh and byne have you seen the Video where Jack is a phantom. I was just blown away. Why didn't that person go save them?

Also It's going to be funny fighting Legion,Jack, andher students on TIM's base.

If Jack survives ME2, you're doing the FailShep run wrong. To do it right, you cant upgrade the Normandy at all, and if you dont get armor, she always dies.

My first game she died because of the armor. My next and after that until recently she died because of the arguement with her and miranda. I always chose miranda because Jack was a nightmare.

Jack is awesome. Best MaleShep romance by far.

Miranda would be the worst squadmate across all three games if Jacob didnt exist.

Byne but Shepard is fighting his/her Indoctrinated friends/squadmates. I guess in one play through I will have to fight Jack, Legion, and her students/ Samaras older Daughter Morith, and in the other play through kill them all in ME2.

Oh and night for real.

You're entitled to your incorrect opinion, of course. ;)

But seriously, it makes sense that if you like the Cerberus cheerleader, you wouldnt really like Jack.

If I ever play a broshep, I'll probably romance Jack.

Not a fan of Miranda and her Cerberus apologist crap, but I don't hate her either.

Jacob sucks. The greatest crime a character can commit is being boring.

Nah, I dislike what Jack is (in ME2) regardless of liking Miri. It's especially satifying to bring Miranda to the final part of the Collector base and have her get mad at TIM and quit Posted Image

I did one ME1 run with maleshep. BORING. He's so monotone I wanted to get him killed. Will never play again. If I were to ever be a maleshep I would not romance anyone during ME2 because honestly, they all suck. As femshep I tried with garrus and thane and while than was more romantic, both were so limited that I only did them because I like hearing Kaidan apologize for being a tool and taking responsibility for how he was a tool on horizon. That's really the only reason why... well that and his email was so wishy washy that I couldn't tell if it was a polite breakup or him leaving his options open (though that isn't his character, it still came across that way). Plus, I'm still pissed that after how he pushed, really pushed me to go to ilos in ME1 to stop the reapers, he can't see why I am essentially forced to work with cerberus to stop abductions. I mean, he's on horizon and sees the abductions! He knows it's been happening. He knows they called me delusional regarding the reapers but was there and even said 'we're going to need a bigger boot' regarding us taking them on. He knows it has all been dismissed and the team (the best team he ever worked with according to him during the romance scene in ME1) was disbanded and yet he acts like a total jackass to me? This is where I hate the writing because my shepard would have ripped him a new one. She wouldn't stand there and not point out Ilos. She would not stand there and say anything other than "I hate cerberus, but they're the only ones that are doing anything about the collectors. What's my other option? Do nothing like you and the rest of the Alliance?" Oh yeah, there could have been about a million better retorts but nope. Sucky dialogue. So I romance just to hear the apology, otherwise I have to coddle him and never get one. And fact is, he was wrong. More screwy writing in ME3. He will admit he was wrong only if you 'cheated' on him but in those circumstances, it was far from cheating.

I've seen it and yes, I did like her much better after seeing that. Probably good I did, because I was tempted to get her killed on purpose before that. Posted Image

It makes it sad that me3 nearly nullifies her romance. You don't see any of the emotional breakthrough that is touched upon in the me2 romance and you don't even get a unique romance scene with her.

Edit: I forgot to add she doesn't even say I love you to Shepard in their final goodbye.

I always do that. Plus, as an adept, she's my go to character. Warp those collectors down to nothing. Shockwave works well on scions too. Just learned that in ME2 yesterday. Thane and miranda are good for IFF when you are an adept or vanguard with shockwave. I bring Miranda on almost all my missions. Warp is a great power. Most ofthe other biotics aren't that great. I play biotic based characters rather than the others for ME (not MP though). So it's generally Garrus and miranda for all the missions until I get thane then thane and miranda for some. Loyalty varies. And I just got Zaeed for my last run. He's great on horizon.

Kaidan's one of my favourite characters, as he reminds me of me in a lot of ways, but he really is Paragon-Stupid, like Batman, which is the way he's not like me.

He won't work with Cerberus, even if it means we all die. He has doubts about shooting Udina if you make him do it. There are more, I'm sure.

Gameplay wise Miranda is awesome. She was always on my team during my insanity playthrough. Having both Overload AND Warp made her awesome, since she could strip away barriers, armor, and shields. It was always her and either Garrus or Thane depending on what I'd be fighting.

nah, they will probably stay the same doesn´t matter if you´re paragon or renegade, more oily shadows means more indoctrination advancement

Also in my last play, i noticed that Thane´s voice appears in the dreams saying the word he tells to you when you romance him

As in, even if you didn't romance him?

Goodnight Dwailing!

@starlitegirlx

Saving the Quarians would fit better with that playthrough. Remaining racist against synthetics and supporting the race that tried to enslave then kill them. It would show that Shep hasn't learned a damn thing.

If starlite is trying to do the worst run possible, and kill the most people, saving the geth is the way to go. You kill the quarians on Rannoch and then wipe the geth out with destroy.

Worst possible run isn't with destroy though. Worst possible run is... refuse, probably. Since even the literalists won't argue the Reapers win.

starlitegirlx wrote...

I have just shy of 3k in war assets from promotes. If I just get some fetch quests and the geth, I might be able to pull it off. Not sure though. I'll have to see. Just before resolving the genocide, I had around 3800 and I was only at 87%. So I could pretty much kill every race in the galaxy and do some fetch quests and still not have the lowest ems unless I avoid MP for a month or more. At a certain point it drops much slower. I'll have to see though.

The run we're talking about, the reason only Joker shows up isn't just because he's the only one alive for it. Nobody would give a rat's ass that Shepard died anyway. Anyway, you can just make sure ME/origin is in offline mode so it doesn't add your MP bonuses.

byne wrote...

And theres no reason not to become a Spectre again in ME2. It is neither positive nor negative, and it gets restored in ME3 no matter what anyways.

But it feels soooo good to tell that air-quoting sack of crap to suck it. And then watching Udina freak out when he finds out what happened.

byne wrote...

If Samara dies, she just isnt at the Monastery, its just you and Falere. I think Falere gets all whiny that you let her mother die.

Actually if you're trying to screw up the galaxy as much as you can, it's probably best not to recruit her to begin with. Let's face it, without Shepard's invention that situation with her on Illium was a bloodbath waiting to erupt.

BleedingUranium wrote...

I can't finish a Jack romance. I've tried a few times, it just... no. God, God no. She neither looks nor acts the feminine role. Even Cortez looks good in a dress if you ask nicely, but Jack... :(

Both VS'es suck only slightly less than Jacob.

But seriously, it makes sense that if you like the Cerberus cheerleader, you wouldnt really like Jack.

What if I hate them both, and am severe disappointed they both survived that "settle your crap after the Collectors" thing?

Jack actually has one of the prettiest faces out of any character. That's face specifically, not the rest of her appearance, including baldness.
