Yes but still there should be, if there is to be peace, after the war, then everyone should have a a place on the councli, for helping end the Reaper threat. just like Humanity stoped our old Reaper friend  and gained a place on the councli, so do the other races do to. plus it will help rebuild the galaxy to a better future for the next Me cycle.

Humanity got it because Shep sacraficed thousands of humans to save a few idiot council members who did nothing but hinder the process of fighting the reapers. Paragon should have been to let them die given they doubted everything that turned out to be true and proved to be a hardcore liability through the entire series.

Well to be fair the Destiny Ascension has a crew of around 10.000 people.

Well Michael even went out and said in the demo showing that the DLC will be mainly focussed on story. And it's about the origin of the Reapers. Seems to be wasted potential if they just told us details we already know, so it's got to be big if they made a DLC for it.

The batarians dont even have an embassy, and you want to give them a seat on the Council?

in order to rebuild the galaxy after the war with the Reapers is over the Council races need to realize that if they were united in the first place they could have stood a better chance against the reapers. If they countinue down a path that takes thousands of years to pass a race to be on the Council, then it will be to late, if a new problem arises. Besides don't the other races deserve to be on the Council seat, after the war with the Reapers? I do because they have been fighting so hard to fight for their homes, and protect the councli races. besides with out the help of the non Council races, we would have already lost the battle.

Actually, that's wrong. The war can be won by only having support of the council races.

If there is to be any race that should be granted a seat on the council, then it should be the krogan. And those guys don't even have an embassy. Batarians weren't essential. Vlous weren't essential, and the hanar and elcor sure as hell weren't essential in anything.

Basically, the weaker races shouldn't be granted a place on the council, lest they begin thinking of themselves too importantly.

Races that aren't part of council space or have a citadel embassy have no place in the council.

But they did help we just didn't see them fight in the battle at Earth, but they did help. They gave us war assets for Shepard to go back and retake Earth, and they do. and this goes for every races. The Geth,Quariens, Volus,Elcor, hanar,Drell,Krogan,Batarians. They have given everything they got to stop the Reapers, and they have helped us.

And they need to be on the Council for helping save the galaxy.

What?  For what reason did estebanus do that?

Interesting thought. What if everyone for IT just quit on it and said it was BS? Where would BioWare then be? (My prediction- they would be in big trouble...and if IT was true it might actually force them to say the truth.)

But you can fire constantly without worrying about overheating the weapon right before killing your enemy. Of course, it's better to have a self-contained weapon that doesn't need clips but it's just the way it is. Posted Image

You can fire constantly.

You know, until the clip overheats and you have to put a new one in.

It essentially keeps the same firerate, maybe more 'burst' then an internally cooled weapon but more or less the same.  All the thermal clip does is improve the weapon's realiability and possible reduce weight slightly.  In every other regard its a handicap or negliable difference.

Forcing all weapons to use thermal clips does mess up supply lines though.  Its a very Reaper thing to do.

In order to join the Council, you have to prove you're able to handle the responsibility of being a Council race.

With so few Batarians left, and their fleets in ruin, even compared to the other races' decimated fleets, the Batarians are not ready for that.

I mean, if the government that arises from the ashes of the Batarian Hegemony accepts the Council's laws and does away with slavery, sure, give them an embassy, but dont make them a Council race.

The only races that showed themselves to be possibly worthy of gaining a Council seat from the Reaper war are the Krogan and maybe the Quarians/Geth.

Well, there was that part about me giving up on IT, but I don't really think that qualifies as news.

Giving up on what you believe (IT) or in fighting for what you believe in threads. Because you really might want to consider that giving up that you believe in IT sounds a lot like you've been indoctrinated by default. They wore you down.

You forget that most of the Coucil races are only the

Salariens,Turians, and Asari, and Humanity. But that does not help us win a war. it took everything the races of the non council races to help make a diffrence in the war. if we had just the council races, then we leave the other races to die/fall when we did not help them. And hey I forgot we only get a small force of Slaraiens, so that will help win the war.

I do agree with you byne, but that's only going to cause more tenshin because the other races did help with the war with the Reapers, and have given many lives to help everyone in the galaxy.

You can still win the war without the support of the majority of the non-council races. My crappiest playthrough still won the war, even though I didnt have drell, hanar, krogan, quarian, or batarian support.

Sad day for them.

If you give every race a seat on the Council, you basically make the idea of having a Council pointless.

No they don't. They only fought because the council commanded them to do it.

The batarian government itself has relinguished any form of connection they had with the other races, and just because a few renegade fleets without the government's blessing decided it would be better to do something instead of listening to a bunch of idiots does not mean that they should have any part in ruling a civilized galaxy.

The quarians should first get a grip of their own planet before even considering joining citadel space. They just really became a steadfast race, and you want them to already have a hand in ruling the galaxy?

The geth are way too hated by everyone to even consider letting them leave Rannoch.

The drell have no government, and they sure as hell didn't contribute a lot.

The Elcor only did Jack sh*t except of draining the resources of the council, the same goes for the volus. It would have been better if they had just died off.

The hanar also didn't really do a lot.

Let me ask you this: If I donate 5€ to the UN to help african children, does that mean I should be able to join the UN board?

Oh yea Shepard apparantly sees the future when going into detail about the C/S/D choices. I'm not even kidding when you enquire it shows you a vision on what happens if you decide to pick that option and even more strange is what is seen in that vision actully happens. 2 more DLC left...
