I think the dreams have to be considered as one of the biggest pieces of evidence. Mac Walters has a psychology degree. He knows about dreams and PTSD. Bioware specifically put in examples of PTSD in the game that seem to obviously contrast PTSD in Shepard.

I mean, if someone said make me a dream sequence involving all the indoctrination signs from the codex, what we got is basically a checklist. It's literally everything you want from an IT dream.

Anyone who's even talked to someone with PTSD would know that you don't get those kind of symptoms with it.

Not going to lie, knew it was Shakespeare, but not where that was from. So I'm Exeter huh?

And I have a step cousin with PTSD from his second tour. The difference between the mental exhaustion, weariness, and even depression when he returned from his first tour, compared to how he came back the second time where he clearly seemed to never have left the war zone and seemed haunted. It was striking. He barely spoke, couldn't watch the news, drifted off into his thoughts, didn't want to go to the range ever, etc
I mean I was shocked he went back for the second tour he seemed so disgusted and sad after the first, but the signing bonus was too hard to pass on according to him. But after the second it was obvious something happened because he was a shell of what he was even after the first tour.

I find it interesting how Bioware is a quite socially liberal company, but imo are truly and really supportive of our militaries at the same time. No, I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but I like the balance they seem to have struck.

Its neither "WAR RAH RAH!" nor "BOO ALL ARMY TOOLS" from them, and I respect that.

Yeah, I love that about them. I remember how bad it was trying to converse on some old Ace Combat boards because the series apparently attracted every wannabe pundit and me. They cried like two year olds about how the character AC5 kept talking about how they wanted the completely pointless and stupid war going on to end. Just the stupid and pointless one, too. Once it was revealed who the actual bad guys were, they were all happy to blow up everything in a 5 mile radius of them. I mentioned that, you know, war might not be all fun and games when people are firing missiles at you. "hippie" is the nicest thing I got called.

The Mass Effect Wiki said the ptsd asari and joker's sister were unrelated events, so it cant be true. And that's the bottom line.

You'd think today would be a good day to do that. I don't feel that rather staged interview with someone from Bioware's PR department, back when they launched the EC, really counted. It certainly didn't answer any of my questions.

I think they really should start engaging with us soon if they expect to sell Omega, or the Trilogy Pack.

Yeah. You get to be BRIAN BLESSED. 

My mom is mostly better now. Unlike most cases you hear about, hers is not combat-related. She had breast cancer and lost a baby because of it. She still has a lot of trouble dealing with the mail or paperwork in general, but she gets along pretty well considering she hasn't been professionally treated.
