I'd obviously prefer the former, but I see either as very possible.

I... did not know this. Not that I've been following as avidly as before. That's potentially brain-melting. Do you happen to have links, or should I try to dig through MkII? Not enthralled by that prospect, I must say.

Want my advice? Save yourself from the spoilers. A lot of data was pulled from the EC files concerning Leviathan, most without  context but I'm sure it's enough to ruin a spoiler-free DLC run. With a game centered on storytelling, that can be a bit jarring to the experience.

I agree. While it's nothing particuarly spoilery, it's also not really useful info, the most important thing being that it adds dialogue with the kid.

I read a few lines of the dialogue, but the way it was all laid out was just.. highly inefficient. Couldn't glean much from it, so stopped reading. I'll take your word for it, I suppose. But I'm not even sure I'll be paying for any DLC until I can be near-positive of what their plan is.
In the meantime, I'll keep my Tali-entranced-by-the-fishtank wallpaper and remember happier times.

That's why I stopped reading that thread after the first page.
This thread = detailed theory with loads of evidence, however some of the evidence is minor and thus the whole thing must be wrong.
That thread = identical detailed theory without evidence "OMG it must be true"

Well, it's all in that area as far as I know. Other than the kid's waring sign on the vent. The pumpkin the directly behind you once you've found the cake, and the present is behind one of the beds. There is also a basket of easter eggs behind another

1. May have just been done for fun,
2. May hint at months for DLC release dates (SP or MP)
3. May hint at special events occuring (MP) during those months. Example: Easter egg hunt, find (x) amount easter eggs for commendation packs and promotional weapons/equipment.. . . . It could happen  [/shrug]

Presents for a patients is the only thing i can think of, but who sends presents in the form of items from Holidays spread all around the year?
