I have to play it to know for sure, but I will tell you I prefer the squadmates I've known since ME1 over the leader of some gangs and someone I've never met. But that's just my opinion, no need to go spreading it around.Dwailing wrote...

I don't mind that. We have probably the strongest biotic we've ever had on our team for a squadmate and the first female turian ever seen in the games. I'd say that's enough.

I strongly believe that the real nature of the Crucible will be revealed. Also, as you said, why Omega is so important to TIM.JMDekker2 wrote...
I highly doubt that any of us are going to be disappointed by Omega. It's massive, and there has to be some reason Cerberus has focused so much effort on controlling it. They only seem to be interested in places that are of significant to TIM's goal of controlling the reapers. I wouldn't expect much more IT stuff than Leviathan however, seeing as Leviathan was all about indoc., but there has to be something.

You know, the Citadel DLC (alleged) better have some ****in amazing squadie interactions (deeper/more intimate squadie interactions) because that is my #1 reason for getting these DLC's.
Its like they are trying to infuriate me, I better see more of my favorite squadmates.

Also, it's Cerberus that's supposedly the main antagonist in this dlc so yeah. Of course we're going to get more than we see, it's a given with them and their shennanigans.BansheeOwnage wrote...
I sure hope so, considering it's hefty size and price. Also, yeah, a trailer would sure be nice.ThisOneIsPunny wrote...
To be fair, Liara in the same breathing space as Aria again is probably a bad idea. A really bad one.
I'm also going to say that Omega is going to have a bigger impact than we're supposed to expect and I want the flippin trailer to come out this week.

She's an iconic ME character though. I dislike that she seems to be getting everything she wants by evil means and not feeling the consequences. Cerberus kinda rubbed it into her face.

I am intellectual, and still I prefer closure for the characters here. That's how much of an impact ME had on me.
I personally feel that the closure came before the ending, not during the ending. For example, Miranda and Oriana getting away from their father and starting a new life. Jacob and Brynn starting a family, etc, plus a bunch of other things. I mean they didn't show us all that during the ending, but they told us what would happen in the form of a conversation with the character.
We'll see if they expand on that closure sometime next year, but I think that's all we're going to get. One of the great things that separates sci-fi from other genres is that whole imagination thing. Great sci-fi has people use their imagination a bit (eg. IT and that whole speculation thing), versus other genres might fill all that stuff in for us.
For example, let's say that someone doesn't agree with the devs interpretation to rebuild the galaxy. With the sci-fi genre, people can come up with their own ideas and such.
People are probably looking at me and thinking that is the weirdest idea I've ever heard.

Dude, seriously.
What is Cerberus doing on Omega?
We're not just going to be taking back Omega (if we even get to take it back).
We're going to find out what exactly Cerberus is doing there.
Knowing TIM, there's got to be a solid reason.
I'm not expecting Harbinger and Collectors, I am expecting more subtle IT clues.

I'm pretty sure that since you have to take Aria and Nyreen that the enemies are going to be tailored to their specific abilities.
Not like it matters for me. Charge + Nova takes care of almost anything, and whatever is left gets taken out by my Wraith.

Personally I think it started during the Arrival DLC, or at least the biggest indoctrination influence with the Object Rho reaper artifact. Which basically indoctrinated everyone on that asteroid.
Harbinger: Struggle if you wish, your mind will be mine.
Codex: Reaper indoctrination is an insidious means of corrupting organic minds.

Not Shepard per se, but some of the locals on Eden Prime shows signs of indoc. Especially the scientist who studied the beacon. As if he somehow experienced the same vision as Shepard.
Maybe though, the Prothean beacon is the first thing to 'taint' Shepard. Keep an eye and an ear out for Reaper signs and sounds.
After all, on Thessia, there's a dreamy Reaper horn when Shepard's hand is magically drawn to the hidden beacon.

I just want to know what comes after that and/or if they will add to the end at all. Because I'm sorry, but even with IT as an interpretation[/i], I am not satisfied at all with the end. Which is actually pretty impressive for me, because I love deep thought. I am intellectual, and still I prefer closure for the characters here. [/b]That's how much of an impact ME had on me.
Edit: That said, I hope Omega is good. But Aria has never been one of my favourite characters.
I agree. Omega looks awesome, IT or not. Of course, that's the problem. How can the stories in the DLCs be so good, yet the ending be so sucky? I mean, they're both controlled by Casey Hudson and Mac Walters, why aren't they screwing these up like they "screwed" the endings up? That's why I think IT is what's going on. It's the only thing that makes sense, and it would be The Reveal of ME3. I mean, compared to ME1 & 2, ME3 is rather short on massive plot twists.
James Vega: "It's... not right. It looks pretty, calm and peaceful, but it's not right. It's all just an illusion."
Shepard: "I can hardly believe it myself. Like everything back on Earth was some kind of nightmare."

It´s just that i always use soldier, let my squadmates take out they´re shields or barriers and i do the rest on the distance. And i suck with Vanguards i got too used with ME1 overpowered God-like shotgun that i feel weak with the shotguns from 2 and 3.
