She was killed by the PTSD Asari.
How do you know she has PTSD?
Because her name in the subtltles is literally PTSD Soldier. Its very clear.

What? That can't be! The ME wiki says that there's absolutely NO relationship between the PTSD asari and Joker's sister. And the ME wiki is NEVER wrong!
I know, right! Just like how the ME wiki people said that anyone who thought Aethyta was Liara's father were crazy, and the wiki turned out to be absolutely correct!
They really need to get new management over at the ME wiki.
Plus last I checked Weekes confirmed it was Joker's sister that the PTSD Asari killed.

Sounds good to me! I can't wait to stick it to the Collectors (Because I KNOW there will be Collectors in Omega), and to Cerberus.
Keeping my fingers crossed for the Collectors and Big Evil - after all, Omega is right next door to a rather important Relay - however, I think Omega's likely to be more Cerberus-focused. And although it would be great to see the Collectors re-introduced into ME3's single player campaign, if (or should I say when, given all the hard work they've already done redesigning and rebalancing them in ME3's game engine) Bioware's going to do it, I expect they'll save them (and Harbinger) for something REALLY special.
Hopefully Omega will give us some serious insight into the impact of our final decision in ME2, however - and Cerberus' plans for the Human Reaper's remains.
Also, while I'm in a predictive mood: It will be possible to persuade General Oleg Petrovsky defect to join the Alliance forces, in which case both he and his Cerberus forces become War Assets. #icalledIT

And byne, I forgot it specifically said that. I was expecting you to describe the symptoms. Kinda kills the joke, but hey, when has the obvious ever bothered literalist?

Ahem. It's entirely possible to run into someone who's dead in this game. Hillary would have been a fresh corpse when the Reapers got her. Who is to say they couldn't huskify her in an attempt to further demoralize the PTSD Asari they were hunting?

Yep.
Its got its uses, but every time they refuse to post speculation in their articles it always turns out to be true. And yet they never learn.

Now I'm about to call it. You'll have to choose whether you want Petrovsky to work with you but Aria die or vice versa.
Edit: BTW, I'm TOTALLY not calling it. I just felt like being crazy for a sec.

Or its someone else with PTSD who thinks they are Hillary! And Joker also thinks its Hillary because he's got PTSD as well! And Javik doesn't detect any falsehoods or indoctrination because he's got PTSD as well!
And do does EDI. PTSD AI. Just because Synthesis.

That would make for a great family reunion scene.
Joker: Hil... Hilary?
Hilary: Hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... mmmhhhhhhhhnn....
Joker: Hilary? Is that you?
Hilary: RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGK...

Edit: Only one flaw with that idea; I don't ever remember seeing any female Husks. What's with that, anyway? Or do all the ladyhumans just get gooped like Kelly Chambers if you're not quick enough?

Hmmm... Cerberus Defectors, Cerberus General & Cerberus Data or Mercenary Fleet & Crime Lord?
Difficult choice, that one!

Don't worry, I'm certain it will be a simple Paragon or Renegade decision.

Does anyone now what people are talking in the "View War Assets" room on the Normandy...?
Out side the comm room in the war room the center piece has a console you can click on to show you you war assets and galactic readyness.
Yes... I know that... but, what are people muttering about in there...? I heard things like "They through the breach" and such...
Hmm, I didn't know they talked. Keep asking until someone knows
I don't remember anyone talking in there except for when the quarians were in there.
Now Indoctrination it's been said that you can hear whispers but they are uncompromisable but the more indoctrinated you get the better you understand the whispers. see the parallels
