I think you need a fez, fezzes make every costume better.

Seems a bit like overkill to me. I think a navy blue sash would go well with it. As for headware, I think one of those **** storm trooper helmets would suit.

Edit: Haha I didn't know BSN automatically censored stuff.
Edit^2: Should we stop being off topic, or is mark IV due anyway?

Black/White/Yellow uniforms is my suggestion:whistle:

Okay, to re-open a can of worms:
A short, subjective analysis of the Refuse ending:

In a literal POV:
If we assume that the Guardian is honest, then Refuse is the worst ending, though it might be a moral victory.

In a non-literal POV:
If you get to the Guardian, who presents itself as the Reaper overlord, wouldn't you be at suspicious by the options it is offering you? Granted, Destroy is presented as the worst option, but it would seem to be a possible trap. So, thinking outside the box may be the way to solve the problem (ignoring what is shown to you after your choice). Though people in the game have constantly said that the Crucible is the only way to win, finding another way would be consistent with the trilogy so far.
We were told that the Reapers/Sovereign is too strong and we cannot stop them from activating the Citadel Relay (actually Saren told us this), but we did.

We were told no one would return from the Suicide Mission (it has this name for a reason, mind you), but we did.
We were told that no one could end the Quarian/Geth conflict, but we did.
We were told that no one could get the Turians and Krogans to fight together, sige by side, but we did.
We were told that no one could defeat the Reapers without the Crucible, but...?

The last point could be supported by DD's From Ashes datapads that in reality the Reaper forces are not that strong (I know Rif begs to differ).

Now a list of points for and against the Refuse ending in a non-literal POV (these are in-game and meta points):

Pro:
- we reject the Guardian and his logic (@MB, the "Renegade" dialogue options regarding all presented endings are refusal dialogue choices, imho. I am not sure if you can trigger Refuse through dialogue if you even once go "Paragon" in these dialogues, can someone clarify please?)
- we have beaten the odds more than once (Refuse =/= giving up)
- we enrage the Guardian and he reveals himself (clearly we are doing something that is not according to its plan and that's generally a good thing)

Neutral:
- Refuse was not in the original game (this could go either way, since it could mean that it is not a real option or that it was considered as part of a major reveal but was put into the EC because of fan outcry)

Contra:
- we do nothing after the speech and nothing is shown to us (yet)
- the stargazer scene is different, thus using the Crucible vs not using it is rather significant (and no, this does not disprove IT, it only shows that Refuse is ... special)

Personally I like the theme of Refuse but not the outcome of it. If it stays as it is right now, I guess Refuse is not really an option, but that might change, we don't know yet.

And I am not trying to diminish the merits of Destroy. I really like the idea of Destroy being Renegade and Refuse being Paragon to break free from indoctrination.

The most controversial thing to ever happen in the Mass Effect universe... yes that's correct; more controversial than the refuse option that everyone is still debating over after all this time... what is it you may ask?

BSN and longtime Indoctrination theorists Salient Archer and Starbuck8 are now an item!

So if anyone had been wondering why we were so quiet of late; it's because we've been "busy" doing other things. ;)

See what you've done, Mac Walters?

YOU'VE DRIVEN US TO ROMANCE.

I have to admit, they do look like a cute couple. Congrats, guys.

Avernus in the Aeneid is referred to as "The jaws of stinking Avernus", there was also a golden branch needed and all this bullhockey(I'm sorry, I mildly hate this story and love it due to latin) to actually get into the Underworld and THEN only Aeneas was permitted to go. His crew had to stay behind. So, Shepard going to Avernus station alone??

Also is the Elbrus actually the SSV Elbrus or is it just coincidence that the names are shared?

You make some very interesting points, particularly the part about Refuse as we know it now being a premature part of a major reveal.

At the moment, from a literal POV, Refuse seems like empty bluster, but also a moral victory. Hwever if we can obtain significantly more assets, or some salient piece of information about the Reapers and their Achillies Heel(s) then it might become a rational option.

At the moment my preferences are:

High EMS Destroy > Refuse > Low EMS Destroy >>>>>>>> Control >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Synthesis

It certainly is. I'm doing my best not to get my hopes up too much, but a massive final dlc / expansion would fit in with a lot of speculation on this thread.

Mine are:

Renegade Control > High EMS Destroy > Paragon Control > Low EMS Destroy

Synthesis and Refuse are so far below Low EMS Destroy that it wouldn't fit in a single post if I had to express it with the '>' symbol.

So I read Invasion last night and alright, zombie reapers changing dead bodies! Pretty wild. Adjutants are... Interesting challenges to the actual Reaper goal. Also, in the comic they look like the Prothean statues from Ilos...

1 caveat: You can interchange Control and Synthesis.

OK, don't throw torches and pitchforks in my direction.

Oh no, not again Posted Image

As for the ship, I don't think it's unlikely some Alliance soliders defected to Cerberus or that Cerberus stole the ship, so yeah, probably the same.

Also, remember that old screenshot of Omega, that was the Normandy approaching Omega beyond the Omega-4 relay? Yeah.

So what've I missed?

We have the new DLC coming starring all the writers, that'll be the DLC after the Citadel DLC in all likelyhood (citadel having been long-since written).
Aaaaand Omega's out in two days :D

That's not true. Dead bodies are decomposed by bacteria and fungi. Then the energy content soaks into the ground and the fauna and flora of the Earth live upon it to create new life. Obviously, Harbinger lies to Shepard. Posted Image

this isn't harbinger. It's TIM's creations. See the post I did about Omega I think on page 2053
