The only way I'd take another shark-named vehicle is if it was called Megalodon, and it lived up to the name.

*crosses fingers* Hammerhead!

I'd rather let the Reapers harvest all advanced life than use that goddamn thing again.

Why does everyone hate the Hammerhead? Posted Image

I actually liked it, though the settings you can use it are scarce and a bit lackluster - with the exception of Overlord maybe. On the other hand, I assume I am part of the minority who actually enjoyed mako riding as well.

I'd rather fly the Kodiak. Or the Normandy.

I enjoyed the Mako as well, it's a shame you can only use it in ME1.

There is a secret to piloting Hammerhead that makes it an absolute weapon. and that secret is - don't get hit.
Hammerhead is pure awesomeness. Finess and firepower. The thing is extrely mobile and fast! I'm sorry, but if you take hits while piloting hammerhead - you are just dumb and inempt.

Joker: "Meanwhile, everybody's ignoring the unshackled AI walking around the Presidium."

Joker and EDI have some hilarious dialogue together.  Here's a good one you can hear in Purgatory by engaging in Shepard's favorite hobby: eavesdropping.

EDI: You just introduced me as your personal assistance mech.
Joker: Yeah, well, it was the only way to get you inside.
EDI: But you know I am not one. Why deceive others?
Joker: You don't really want to introduce yourself as an AI with Reaper-based code. They would... lynch you.
EDI: That would be an inefficient way to render me nonfunctional.

Good catch! That is freaking brilliant!

I liked both, but prefered the Hammerhead.

At least it had a fitting end.  Forever stuck in level geometry.

Yep, glass cannon. That's how I play my Shepard anyway: Soldier with max points into weapon damage at the expense of health.

Recently Masster Blaster pointed out how BW made a big deal of reminding us about Harbinger in ME3 even though he was hardly used.  It was a good point, and does lend credence to either

he is the Child, or

he'll be featured in an expansion,

or both.  And another character of primary importance is Sovereign.  The antagonist of ME1 and the first Reaper we ever saw, very little has actually been discovered about him.  From which harvested race did he arise?  Was there any goo in his insides?  Why were his corridors and walls formed of unsettling angles?  Was he in fact a mainly mechanical Reaper designed for prominent indoctrination abilities?  Was he downloaded into the Citadel and is in fact the Child?  Or was he the original intelligence maybe, and Harbinger his first creation?

Ah, speculation, speculation, how I have become uncomfortably addicted to you...

Honestly it would have been better if they left it on the Presidium. That would have been kinda awesome, like a statue commemorating Shepard...flying a Mako through a mini Mass Relay...?

I dunno. Just do it.

@Blur:

Have you seen this?

Does the From Ashes DLC entirely foreshadow the return of Shepard and the war not being over?

Sorry for pushing this stuff so hard, people.

I really feel like I'm on to something here.

ME3 lacks parts where I can kill enemy infantry by knocking them down with a fast vehicle. I still giggle every time I do that in ME1 and 2.
I also giggle like a school girl when throwing people trapped in a singularity/pull and/or lift field with throw from ledges... only followed closely by shooting ME3's Cerberus personnel via headshots and killing Vorcha and Asari merchs in ME2.
I guess I need therapy as well...
Edit: How could I forget Vorcha pyros getting splattered in an explosion...

12 meters? That's tiny for a megalodon. Not even an adult.

Glass cannon is really the way to go on insanity bot in ME2 and ME3 and higher difficulties in MP - on insanity (especially in ME2 in a NG+ mode) - there is absolutly know difference between having much health and shield and armor and not having it - you still die almost instantly if you take damage. So the only way not to die in ME2 insanity NG+ - is not to take damage. Once you understand that, and adjust your gaming style - you become invinsible. And not taking damage in hammerhead is a breaze comparing to that.

Asari? Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

I don't know why...
First in ME1 I liked it to trash those elitist Commandos on Noveria. I really liked the renegade line there when you speak with Benezia later on. It was something like "I thought Commandos could do better.".

And in ME2, well. I enjoyed killing Vorcha thanks to their hilarious taunts. The same goes for the Asari merchs on Illium and they also look nice. Not that I want to kill everything that looks nice, but it is at least a pleasent view after having to face the standard Blue Suns merch for the n-th time.
