It's for an encrypted door, if that matters.

Taenarum is where Hercules went to find the entrance to Hades to fulfill his last labor of capturing Cerberus.

Hmm.  Hercules.  There's a better analogy for Shepard than Jesus.  Never cared for that one.

well in the beginning it helped me a bit, I could evade sword lunges and dodge behind corners and move away from grenades quicker.  I don't use it anymore though; mainly use hardlight shield or jet pack.  I do miss Armor Lock though...

*Tali in this video voice* No.

Armor Lock is only bad if YOU are the one who's plasma grenade bounced off of someone in Armor Lock and stuck to you instead. Posted Image

I'm not sure Fails of the Weak will be as funny in Halo 4.

We'll see. I've had some funny things happen that I wish I recorded. One of my friends was in campaign and it was a portion where the airlock opens. Well there was a box behind him and shot forward, slamming him between the wall and box = instakill. Funny as hell.

Some funny things have happened to me in Spartan Ops, but for some reason, theater mode doesnt let you see Spartan Ops.

I was actually in Fails of the Weak a long time ago.

It's not so much that I hate the power itself.  What I hate are the noobs who couldn't frakking USE it effectively.  I have no problem with skilled players using it, but I hate people who can't use it effectively because it ruins the flow of the game.

Once someone used armor lock, and I just thought to myself "I dont think so buddy" and smacked him.

He died.

It was pretty awesome.

How odd...in the Order, people are...oops wrong game, what I meant to say was usually people who try to melee me when I'm locked usually get killed sicne it can take down their shields and disable vehicles for some reason lol. Posted Image

In a way yeah...but I didn't do it. Anger was certainly a factor though. <_< I'm not too happy about it. Oh well. Good excuse to get a new reliable Xbox that doesn't break down constantly with more memory than 12 gigs. I'm thinking more closer to 250 gigs this time... :P

Hey, back on topic for a second, Hendriks has been Tweeting up a storm and one of the Tweets caught my eye. Most of them have just been about the Logic system he is working on in one of the larger DLCs. Particularly that Rick Knowles told him to keep it simple, and Hendriks replied that he had learned a few things over the months. Now, taken at face value, that probably just means that he figured out a few issues with the Logic system they are using that makes his job easier. However, as cryptic as he has been, particularly that Knowles reminded him that "Complicated only works for relationships." Again, maybe I'm just reading far into everything, but that just seems to me to have us lean more and more toward IT becoming a reality soon...

Bump, because I think this is important...lol And it got buried below Halo.

DA:O and DA2 have the dumbest system for characters ever.

"Lets put a limit on how many characters you can make, but lets not actually include the option to delete files in the game! Lets make people go and manually delete the save files from the xbox settings!"

So I had asked EA about permissions to use copyright materials in a walkthrough video.  This was the response I had gotten back.  Granted I didn't ask specifically for blanket permission but my request might have been taken that way.

"Unfortunately, EA is not able to provide a blanket permission to use our copyrighted game footage. We have previously advised YouTube that EA generally does not object to fair uses of video footage or screen shots from publicly released versions of our copyrighted games, including on YouTube channels which are commercialized, but that we reserve rights to address inappropriate use of our copyrighted content. We will continue to advise YouTube directly of that position."

So this likely means I can't do a whole walkthrough of all 3 games if I understood what their meaning is.  But I can create videos based on fair use.  Can someone who's done a lot of YouTube videos on games help clarify this?

The green-ness?

Except it doesn't add up, because Project Overlord was all about control, not about synthesis.

Late response because I outright passed out instead of heading to class.

Overlord is about Control through Synthesis, prompting the repsonse of Destroy.

That trailer was awesome. The music and cinematics was on par with what I expect from BioWare. Let's hope the content is worth that 15$. (Still holding by my prediction that Omega is a Reaper factory. Used for cloning collectors though...possible.)

By walkthrough do you mean like a Let's Play? Because I'm pretty sure you're allowed to do that.
