It's important to look at the elements they use for gameplay in relation to the story and the players. That they're connecting players to Shepard at this point in the story with the switch of point of view is.. interesting.. Make them feel what shepard's feeling? Where have we heard that before? 

Also I wouldn't let garrus near that triton. He'd never finish calibrating it.

Well the Atlas was in first person too, so that might be the extent of it. But I think it will be a bit symbolic, seeing as how Shepard will be alone like Arrival...

Yes, all 3 from Rebellion (Krysae, Harrier, Reegar), Geth SMG, and Indra. Since they're moving MP guns and mods to SP, I find it unlikely that the 2 new SP guns (Punisher, Adas) won't be in MP especially since they'd be more useful there.

I don't see the point of new guns because I don't use all of the vanilla ones. And you can't get mark 10 without importing an ME3 character, which is retarded.

Yes, but Shepard's crew was always around when you piloted or hijacked an atlas before. It was also optional every time, if I'm recalling correctly.

I don't think it's optional with leviathan, and as you said, Shepard will actually be alone for this (at least the deep sea exploration part with the Triton).

Well he asked Chris if it was okay to start a novel about IT, and find clouser to the IT fans. So if Chris says yes then IT is dead, but if no or no comment then IT is still in the game.

Raven. They Leviathan front page on the Bioware front page, does say that there will be new areas on the Citadel, so maybe this could be the missing link, that we don't see at the end/when Shepard goes to earth.
