This. It would have been rather stupid if it was a full board. The fact that this board is not full means that BioWare does perhaps pay a little attention to the details after all.

This may not mean much now but maybe for the Citadel's dlc:

Aria:  It's utterly impenetrable-with it's own secret hanger and dock

Back to the other stuff:

Nyreen:  Spirits look who's back... (I don't know if Turians are generally religious but...

Turians believe that groups and areas have "spirits" that transcend the individual. For example, a military unit would be considered to have a literal spirit that embodies the honor and courage it has displayed. A city's spirit reflects the accomplishments and industry of its residents. An ancient tree's spirit reflects the beauty and tranquility of the area it grows within.
Turians do not believe spirits can affect the world, but spirits can inspire the living. Prayers and rituals allow an individual to converse with a spirit for guidance or inspiration. For example, a turian who finds his loyalty tested may appeal to the spirit of his unit, hoping to reconnect with the pride and honor of the group.

In the past, turians believed that titans strode across Palaven, reaching for the heavens. They worshiped these deities and communicated with them at a structure called Temple Palaven. The temple was tended to by a religious order called the Valluvian Priests, who wear special purple robes which obscure their forms. In order for turians to join this order, they had to be considered worthy enough through some action. When the turians spread out from Palaven and discovered other life among the stars, however, they sealed Temple Palaven because they no longer needed legends to prod them upward. With the temple abandoned, eventually the Valluvian Priests fell into legend.

From Evolution:  Desolas proceeds to present his servants, disguised as Valluvian Priests from turian legend. Desolas goes on to say that for centuries, no turian has been worthy enough to wear the cloak and cowl of the order, and no one has been allowed into Temple Palaven.

Odd how Nyreen has a cloak and cowl kind of outfit like Kasumi

Omega is jam-packed with action, shooting and running and climbing ladders and jumping over pits. But it's scarce on story. Sadly. No IT relevance whatsoever. Overall, I kinda liked it.

Great quote from Fundies Say The Darndest Things: ' Evolutionists are at war with themselves more than with creationists, for example i recently watched about 5 minutes of an evolution doctumentary about the origins of man, the clip showed one scientist arguing with another (quite strongly and harshly) over the Out Of Africa hypothesis Vs. the Multi-regional hypothesis. Both scientists were evolutionists but were calling each other ''wrong''.

The theory of evolution just seems to be in a great mess, evolutionists themselves can't even agree. '

Reminds me of the chap last night saying IT must be wrong because some people have different interpretations on it.

Thought there was meant to be two more?

And Omega may have been a side project if it was made by the MP team so the next one might not be far off.

The chess set is incomplete. He's far into the game so some figures have been taken down.

What about that wave thing? It doesn't strike the headphones shown on that console? It's more like Cerberus comm.

It seems Weekes wasn't lying about little details. It's if any of them mean anything that's the problem. There's hardly nothing of interest there despite what some say.

There should be 3 SP DLC, each for a different Act of the story.

Among other things Nyreen (or is it Aria, cant remember right now) refers to the sound the Adjutants make as whispering. Havent gotten around to focusing on the actual sound heard during the scene as you spot the first Adjutant, but the use of the word whisper when we know what Indoctrination can make you hear is interesting.

Also we can add yet another use of the word "nightmare" in the describtion of Reapers or their forces.

I was reading Banshees list of awesome yesterday and it certainly seems that either Bioware need to get a thesaurus or they really wanted people to notice the word 'nightmare'.

I wonder if Shepard might be noticing it as well

"Nightmare, wake up from this nightmare, nightmare factory, nightmare, nightmare,"

"Damnit everyone, stop reminding me of my damn nightmares!"

And this time the nightmares are Reaper to the core.

I recently started a new ME3 playthrough (the Sentinel I played Omega with) and after completing the DLC, having a little bit of distance to that specific part of the game, I had an idea.
People that are apt in literature or movies should know the concept of a story, whose beginning and ending are shown in parallels. Since I am not such a big shot in literature, I cannot provide you with good examples. But I think ME3 has this concept. It has been also addressed and is an important reason for the Waking Nightmare Theory.

Let us see the points of interest:

1a) The game begins with the child and an illusion of a ship landing on grass that is observed (only) by Shepard as it seems.
1b) The game ends with the child and a ship crashlanding on a garden world and the child is only seen by Shepard.

2a) Shepard walks to the Admiral's board having a discussion with Anderson about his past involvements in the Bahak system and/or with Cerberus and future events.
2b) Shepard, Anderson and TIM have a heated discussion about past actions and future events.

3a) Shepard (and others) are hit by a Reaper beam destroying the Admiral's board.
3b) Shepard is hit Harbinger's beam.

4a) Shepard and Anderson are running on the roofs and try to get to the Normandy while others are attacked/killed by Sovereign class Reapers.
4b) Shepard (and supposedly Anderson) are charging the beam while others are attacked/killed by Sovereign class Reapers.

5a) You leave Earth.
5b) You arrive on Earth.

Right now I cannot think of any other parallels (I admit that the fifth point is a bit random) and I am not stating anything with this. It is just an interesting thing and I am sure others may have posted it in the past.

A good example of Bioware's clever and careful word picking is from one of Anderson's lines in the FOB: Swath.

Swath: A row or line of grass, grain, or other crop as it lies when mown or reaped. A strip left clear by the passage of a mowing machine or scythe.

Brilliant.

Good parallels but of course it doesn't really mean much to any theory because bookending works in literalist too. Like the Saren/TIM suicide could just be normal symbolism.
