I think pink gets a bad rap. I mean, Donut's pink armor is AWESOME!
Although Donut himself does eventually say, "It's not lightish red, it's pink."

Merrill was unbelievably naive. It was like the director said " okay, she's child-like, great. Now turn it up to eleventy and we'll be square."
That makes a lot of sense. I know someone with Asperger's but not a strong case of it. But still, geez, some of the things she would say would make me wonder why this wasn't coming out of the mouth of a four-year-old. No offense to you, of course.
Well, you seem like a nice person so it's probably more than just the Aspergers..

Longest was the first one. Went to 2286. Was interesting since thats exactly 100 years after ME3 took place.

Maybe it was a signal! We have to wait one hundred in-game years for an answer (I.E. ME4).

People with AS are generally nice (although a few like Chris Chan are the bad apples) so I'm saying your personality already seems nice. Coupled with AS, it probably makes you a much less cynical person than the rest of us, which makes someone like Rif or me look like Palpatine.

The quickest way to ****** Chris way the hell off is to imply he has Aspergers and not Autism.
In his own words, he thinks people with Aspergers are stealing the spotlight from people with Autism.

I don't remember "ridiculously, completely over the top naivety" as a symptom of Asperger's. I think Merrill's just... well, Merrill. And one dimensional.

I can be nice at times. Other times I can go off the deep end and start saying stuff like "lack of executive function", which is just another way of poking fun at someone's intelligence. Last time I said that, I had someone come in and say that there are doctors and engineers here who didn't quite get the ending. I'm sure these guys aren't lacking in that area.
I don't have any filters. I just say whatever comes out of my mouth. Kind of like Engineer Donnelly. He just says whatever and as Engineer Adams said "he's a nice guy. Now he could just learn to shut his damn mouth".

Actually I think one of the character designers say they based her personality on Williams Syndrome

espcially the "Elven" qualities.
As someone who most likely has AS, I thought Merrill might have it too, but she does beem a bit more...social than me somehow...
