Well, it's not pleasing to the ear, it's just very interesting. I'm in an experimental rock band, and I like to play extreme dissonants and make noise at times, so I can actually appreciate the odd random moment in there, where suddenly there's a really interesting 'accident', so to speak.
If that makes sense. I like extreme dissonants, I'm always looking for them. This is just too much, but there are still little things that make me go, wow cool, that just sounds so wrong. I like it for shock value.
Also, that link cracked me up, it's hilarious!
