What the hell. Down in the cargo hold of the Normandy, a little ways to the right or left of the elevator you can hear a door "ding" open. There's no door there (obviously). O_o

Never notice that. Maybe it's the old Normandy crew haunting Sheaprd/ the new Normandy.

Something else I noticed is that the door from the War Room is still labelled Tech Labs. So it's quite possible there's a door or a door control at least (Jacob's side of the Normandy SR-2 has been gutted and that makes about 3 doors missing from the Cerberus design).

They left the docks with the Normandy still being refitted inside, so it was unfinished.

1/3 of the way there. Just a little over 6000 points yay! But the best part was I finally scored the Collector Assault Rifle. I love that thing

Mines is about over 9000. For real it is.

Mine favorit is the partical rifle. I don't need to reload it, unless it over heats, which never happence, unless I don't pay attention when I am fighting Atlas, Banshee, Geth prime, and scion.

Yeah, that was discussed way back in Mark 1.

You can hear it on both sides of the elevator. Some people pointed out that this is where the doors were on the SR-1, and that this is one of the 'rabbit hole' sounds the sound designers were talking about. The idea was suggested that Shepard is experiencing memories from the SR-1 onboard the new ship. Could be a sign of indoctrination.

Just went digging for that link because I'd never heard of this, and I'm fascinated! Here's the link for other newbies like me. Comment is the first one. That's exciting -- and here I thought all the audio clues were glitches! I should just trust you guys by now. :P

Maybe, and it goes to show the Reapers are using/ planing to use Shepard's memory's against him/her. How funny Shepard's own chocies/ memorys come back to bite him/her back in the ***.

Man.  It's amazing, no matter how much you know about IT, there's almost always some obscure thing you don't know or have forgotten about.

Very well spotted! You're correct... there's actually a few other places we used elements of Vigil in both ME2 and ME3. In fact, we laced the entire game with a lot of audio Easter eggs... some fun, some tied to the narrative and some that go pretty far down the psychology rabbit hole :)

Vigil: Shepard did you pick Control, or Synthesis?

Shepard: um....the one that brat said the cycle will end.

Vigil: I thought I told you to kill the reapers, not understand them?

Shepard: Well he was nice to me, and he took the form of a child that-----

Vigil:
And here I thought perhaps our sacrifices meant something, and it goes to show I was
wrong. I also now detect that you were indoctrinated by stupidity, and promised
false crap that the Reapers did to our people. Great now I am going to have to encode myself into songs so that the younger audience can listen to what i have to say to them.

Is Victor the monster, or is it his creation?

Thus begs the question what makes you be labled as a monster. Do the Reapers not follow under monsters, or is it Shepard that falls under a monster?

Victor Frankenstein is a douchebag. There, I said it. I'm not taking it back.

The creature gets a hug, though. Maybe a nice cuddle sesh.

Is this a Leviathan/Reaper reference, though? Because comparing a Reaper to the creature would make me want to hug a Reaper and then I'd be indoctrinated. I'm onto you, MB. I'm onto you. :bandit:

Urgh. Soloing is horrible, even on Bronze. It seems to delight in giving me me Device missions. TWICE. And the second was one Wave 10. And put the third device right out in the open where there was no cover and three directions enemies were shooting from. Seriously...?

What class are you playing? Devices are fairly easy if you have either an infiltrator or a tank.

And by tank i mean Kroguard.

Considering he's probably soloing for Biotic Explosion points, neither of those would be too helpful.

Best advice for device objectives is to lure the enemies as far away as you can, and then sprint back and disable it before they get back to murderize you.  That's... easier said than done on some maps though.  Device objectives on Hydra is like the RNG pointing at you and saying "You. **** you."

Mmm, haven't played MP in a couple months.  I wonder if it's more than aggravation now (for me anyway, obviously lot of people enjoy it).

I find it even easier using a Female Quarian Engineer with a tricked out sentry gun that shoots rockets to distract the baddies. Engineers seem under-utilized, but I find them the class most fun to play.

anyone else bothered or find it funny that when approaching the "control" panel in the decision chamber you actually lose control over Shepard and they walk on their own while playing?

What about a kroguard played in a very inefficient way? (as in, equip warp ammo and use the weapon as something other than a melee damage bonus delivery system) Admittedly, I know almost nothing about the shaman but wouldn't it, as a krogan, have rage also? That would help make it sturdier...

Does warp ammo cause biotic explosions? The only biotic I play is my novaguard.

Unless they changed it, warp ammo doesn't prime for BEs.

I just checked.. apparently it doesn't in multiplayer. I was thinking from single player where a concussive shot with warp ammo primes and detonates a BE by itself... I just kind of assumed warp ammo automatically primed automatically. My bad.

I'm about fed up with it at this point. Just got smacked with the "Redeem/Purchase Online Pass" issue. Can't wait to have lengthy conversations with incompetent "advisors" about it.
