According to the game's files. One of those Reapers during this scene is named "Sovereign_lowres" or something like that. Not sure why they would call the texture Sovereign unless they are trying to prove a point. I know this game "reuses" textures, but why not just "GenericReaper_lowres"?

*sigh*

For what must be the thousandth time, BSN, the Illusive Man was NOT indoctrinated prior to his decision to implant Reaper technology in his body.

How do explain how he got those freaky blue eyes? He got them after being zapped by a Reaper device in Mass Effect Evolution called an "Arca Monolith", a machine that turns organics into hive minded synthetic hybrids who follow the telepathic commands of the device, but TIM retained his personality for some reason. He was indoctrinated to a small degree How do you explain how he understands the language of the synthetic hybrid turians and the native language of the asari? The Reapers relayed the knowledge to him, they couldn't control his mind directly, only give him ideas until he implanted Reaper tech in his body in ME3, and in the Citadel, when confronting Shepard and Anderson, when you look at his face, you can see that he is turning into a synthetic hybrid human, something he should have became 3 decades ago after being zapped by the Arca Monolith.

Bboy knows more about the lore than you think, N7.

He's also correct. - essarr71

facepalm. Not to N7Eagle, but the other two.

To be fair, Reaper dreadnoughts are called Sovereign-class Reapers.

I didnt think anyone actually used that weird plastic dress. ;)

I usually only let her wear it when clubbing or dating. For this occasion it seemed appropriate, because I didn't want her to be easily recognized as Commander Shepard.

The dress is bad, I agree, but femshep's casual clothing is all pretty silly. How cool would it be to have a female version of that N7 leather jacket!

I
mean if you look at the shape of a reaper capital ship and compare it
to the big large structures that cover the inner structure/ beam. Don't
they look like Reaper capital ships?

Each race in the game has a certain tell-tale style, including the Reapers. Most Reaper designs seem to be based on a scaly, segmented exoskeletal shell, not unlike an insectoid creature's chitin. Given that all of the Reapers in ME3 are of one of two styles, Harbinger being a slight exception, those pressing against the IT with "lazy" could have a point in this case.

I never trust someone who pushes fairness too much; it's normally a sign of bullcrap and horrible things hidden in the closet, contrary to all that is fair.

If Shepard dies, then the war assets Shepard gathers will fight on. Their hero is dead okay. Many will be hurt at first, but Shepard would then become a symbol to the war assets. Shepard will become a battle cry, and the squadmates of Shepard will take charge. However is Shepard was indoctrinated, then thaat means. the galaxy's greatest hero can fall ubnder Indoctrination, which would case untrust in the ranks. Shepard was the best the galaxy had to offer, and now the reapers have him, or her. the Reapers would use Shepard as....

Harbinger: Your commander Shepard belong to me. You can not resist. Surrender now
as Shepard did. HE, or she saw that it was inevitable to defeat us. Do
this and you will be spared. Do this and join us for the ascension.

The men, and woman would begin to doubt, and wonder " Maybe he's right
maybe we can't win. If Shepard has fallen to Indoctrination, then what chance do we have. The leaders of the fleets/ ground forces would be in
shock that Shepard was comprised, and your squad mates/ crew would be on
their knees crying. indoctrination is ( in my opinion) worse than
death itself.

You barley have any control over your body,
Shepard is mostly likely to kill his/her squad mates/ Li, and Shepard
would turn everything Shepard loved/ did to ash, and dust.

Thus in the end he/she would want to put a bullet to his/her head, but harbinger/ The reapers would not allow it to happen. Sure Shepard will do it, but it's going to take his/her squad mates/Li to break the hold for just a brief moment.

Could it be because it is a reused Sovereign model?

Not to mention that if the model is identical to the Sovereign model, it would make perfect sense to use Sovereign's textures. No need to change the file name for something that's just game data the player usually never gets to see.

The hoodie is cool, but it looks so manly. And the pants don't really go with it, IMO.

true, but is it possible, that it's a trap. If those artifact structers are Reapers under ground.... Wow then saving Shepard is a lot harder tahn you would think. Also it explains the random explosions happening. Reapers are fireing undergroud.

As much as I hate to admit it, byne is probably right: it's a Sovereign-class Reaper which is basically Sovereign's model.

Harbinger is technically a Sovereign class Reaper I believe. They said "several Sovereign class Reapers, including Harbinger....". However, he has the generic Reaper texture.

I'm sure it involved something political, or such, from way back when... or maybe it's the gas. It may be the gas. I pigged out at Longhorn Steakhouse, (awesome rolls and honeybutter), and now I have the toots.

And, oh yes, I just ate the last roll that I brought home as a snack, so my agony and anger must continue. *toot*

I believe someone posted here a challenge to explain the jump of EMS from 4000 to 5000 if Shepard was unable to save Anderson from being killed by TIM in a literal way, so I'd like to try. If Shepard was unable to stop Anderson's murder, Shepard's adrenaline would go up from the trauma of seeing Anderson die. This would make Shepard's heart beat and blood pump faster, which would increase dramatically again when being engulfed in the explosion from shooting the Destroy tube. With all this stress, perhaps Shepard's body would be physically unable to handle it, or just not want to go on, unless Shepard's morale is high enough because more people will survive.

I find it funny that when you call the fleets Shepard is wearing the Jacket. If you have it on on Shepard.

Hackett: Shepard are you.... um don't you want to change your cloths.

Shepard: No it makes me look like a B) sir.
