Question: is it possible to renegade/intimidate TIM into suicide? Or does only the paragon path accomplish that?

Or, it's because Anderson represents Shepard's unaffected mind, so naturally, letting him be killed by the indoctrinated part of you would be really bad for breaking indoctrination.

Seems not.  When I did it all I did was get him angry enough to forget about Anderson so I could shoot him.

I believe he actually gets really mad at you and tries to shoot you instead of Anderson, which unless you Renegade interrupt he succeeds and you get the Game Over screen.

I'm not sure if you can. I had to renegade interrupt him on my renegade character, and I took all the intimidate options.

No. You kill TIM personaly, while Paragon for some Reaspn talks them into doing it. Even that's not what he/she ment. " Fight it."

Nope. Renegade interrupt kills him. If you don't interrupt, you die. Like in destroy.

I'm pretty sure it doesnt matter what options you take in the previous conversations, as long as you do one.

How I understand it is you must take all 6 Charm or intimidate options, and any combination. You only need to take all of them at the last conversation.

If you use all Renegade options, TIM will become angry and charge you. You then shoot him.

Something like that. One thing's for sure this IT DLC will not have the word indoctrination in it. Kind of like how Leviathan was about indoctrination, but it was titled "Leviathan".
