I don't remember hearing anything about Rana being indoctrinated she's just crazy with an insane moral compass. Shiala was the one who emails you and says the reapers are trying to indoctrinate her and the colony but their bond is so strong they're able to keep it at bay for the fight.
Yet why kill the Asari high command. Makes no sense, and Rana looked fine in ME2, and ME1. She also says she thinks she is Indoctrinated in ME1.

cerberus troopers = collectors.
also.... the indoctrination signage spread throughout the game. some of it has writing near by which is upside down. almost as if it's all some kind of giant mechano or jigsaw puzzle.
i just started a new game (cringe) as an infiltrator and was noticing all kinds of weird ****. dr evas blue indoctrinated eyes, tims massively different appearence at the beginning of the game compared to the citadel sequence, the qec being blue, the reaper groans as shep sees starbrat. the hum on the normandy, tim saying 'goodbye shepard'....did he mean sheps fairwell...OR HIS OWN??
indoctrination i tells thee

" Yet how can Shepard be at two places at once at the end? Hello Shepard on Earth. Harbinger in Shepard's head. Harbinger only Reaper at the beam run. Shepard picks Destroy because that was the whole point. To Destroy the Reapers at all cost. hence player is rewarded with breath scene, showing that your Shepard stood his/her ground against the Indoctrination, but it's not over.

Cerberus troops are likely going to become the collectors of the next cycle.
YEs.
Cerberus troops have Reaper tech in them.
TIM has a crazy idea that they can/could Control the Reapers, just like the Indoctrinated Protheans. That soon became Collectors.
Cerberus has their own space station.
Cerberus looks like they were trying to rebuld the proto Reaper.
Cerberus abducting human colonies.
ect

Eh. People are acting pretty dumb right now. They are starting to see the big picture, but are in denial about the answers to their questions.
Yes, indoctrination was susipitiously underused during the plot, and only people we disliked were exposed. That's totally bad writing, and not foreshadowing:whistle:

Do I need to tell which way is a dead end, and which is the right and only way to go?
P.S. right in front of you there is a drop, which leads into the pit that is filled with reaper cables. There is also a broken platform in front, that looks like it you could climb it and it will get you to the door you need to go into the fastest and you can clearly see the door above it) - but you can't.
Screenshots are incoming. ))
Obstacle - you are alone.

The right way - destroy - pices of broken metal contruction. (the same ones you had to climb through in the prologue, when with Anderson)

The left way - control - seemingly clear solution,

The central view - looks like there is the way to climb, and you can clearly see your goal (which is coincidentally the green light of an unlocked door)

But you really can't, instead there is a drop, and even what looks like a way down into a pile of reaper cables.

The left way is blocked (ironicly wy the central platform itself,) and you can also not some reaper cables.

The right way is the only way to proceed, though you need to do some climbing, and is a longer and harder way.
Note the unplagged reaper cable on the floor.

I'm playing the Geth Dreadnought mission right now. Just started it - already great symbolism - The start of the mission - you are alone, the tube you used has broken off. You enter the ship and have to navigate it to find and secure a new entry point for your squad. So, what is the first thing you see? there is a crashed and broken platform in front of you, and two catwalks that you can use - basicly you can go to the right or to the left. They look absolutely the same, except the lightning - the way to the right is lit with warm Orange/Red, the way to the left is lit with cold dead blue. Just like destroy and control options in the ending.

Not to mention its a really slow labourous walk, and you get to see a space battle going on 'above' you.
Nice catch.

And all I can think is, how the flip did I miss that? It's almost like the action part of the game, as much fun as it is, is just a distraction from all the clues as to what is really happening. Score another point for "pretty darned good writing, acutally" theory.

“Reaper ‘indoctrination’ is an insidious means of corrupting organic minds, ‘reprogramming’ the brain through physical (death) and psychological (loss, battle, being disowned by your own people) conditioning using electromagnetic fields, infrasonic and ultrasonic noise (on the normandy - the QEC - also the humming vega hears.), and other subliminal methods.(signs everywhere) The Reaper's resulting control over the limbic system leaves the victim highly susceptible to its suggestions.”
lets look at the limbic system shall we?
''The limbic system (or Paleomammalian brain) is a complex set of brain structures that lies on both sides of the thalamus, right under the cerebrum.[1] It includes the hippocampus, amygdalae, anterior thalamic nuclei, septum, limbic cortex and fornix, which seemingly support a variety of functions including emotion, behavior, motivation, long-term memory, and olfaction.''
so in other words it alters your perception of reality. everything shep experiences might just be a lie. it could be the truth, but i'm guessing not.
demersal. you use the geth ship as an example of red/blue. there are many other examples of where red is 'good' and blue is 'bad' mainly tho Sheps renegade eyes and TIMS blue husk eyes. also.... (as a massive hint here and i'll be surprised if no one has mentioned it) the star Chronos station orbits has 2 distinct colour states. Red and Blue.

That just changes based on the collector base, it's not a good/bad thing.
But one may still wonder what the artist's deeper intention was behind suddenly introducing something as scientifically questionably as a star's temperature that changes depending on the players moral choice.
Also, I cannot unsee TIM's tripod chair and constant leg crossing anymore.

But the more I think about it, the more I realize that sun should not be able to exist. It's just scientifically not possible, especially with the constantly changing and moving colors and the way it changes depending on your choice at the end of ME2.
