@Byne I thought that scene was in episode 100. I don't think it was deleted.

In dreams, you rarely think things through, Shepard also forgot about his limp and walked normally. He even forgot that weapons have ammo as well!

Even when I believed in the IT, I never saw the unlimeted ammo gun as much more than a gameplay mechanic. Imagine if you'd just use up all your shots and want to choose destroy! You'd be royally screwed!

But remember in Vancouver you had limited ammo in your mag for the Predator but you had unlimited spare thermal clips. So why not reuse that mechanic?

Im gonna go ahead and pull up Harry Potter for this. Harry had to die, and die at the hands of Voldemort, in order to have the part of Voldemort in Harry destroyed.

Good idea, but can anyone think of a reason for that in literal? Just out of curiosity.

Ok, I'll stop now. Posted Image

Oh right, they did use it in episode 100!

The deleted scene I'm talking about was deleted from season 2. The first time they went into Caboose's head.

They cut it because they figured if they kept it in, they'd have to also have Leonard (Caboose's mental version of Church) escape. They said they originally had it where Leonard escaped and was always hanging around with Caboose in the real world, because he thought he was Caboose's best friend. Caboose, due to no longer having Leonard in his head, remembered neither him nor real Church.

Not really, no. I generally fill the pie with cream.

If there was ever any doubt about whether the whole pie thing was a euphemism, it is now gone.

Yknow, I've never eaten pie.

Which makes this comment particularly :(

Huh, just had a thought about the Sam Hulick tweet. Wasn't his last work on a BioWare game the Extended Cut? In that case, whatever he's working on now might be big, especially when you consider the musical cues in the EC.

Yeah, he's somewhat the main composer of the main soundtrack (one track doesn't count, Mansell!). So it should be rather plot-relevant or at least epic enough to get him.

Me thinks this is the DLC I was saving my BW points for.

Hulick has always been one of the main ME composers, but he's never worked on DLC before, that's left to three other composers. This could be big indeed.

-Sam Hulick & Jack Wall - ME1 / ME2

-Sascha Dikiciyan & Cris Velasco - Kasumi / Arrival / Leviathan

-Chris Lennertz - Overlord / LotSB

-All of the above, except Jack Wall - ME3

We don't know who did Omega yet, but it sounds a lot like Arrival and Leviathan.

Question.

Why is it that since Joker picked up the rest of the squadmates. He doesn't drop them off on the Citadel when it opens, or after Harbinger leaves he drops the squadmates that Shepard didn't take next to the Conduit?

Also could Joker's not wanting to leave Shepard be a memory? I mean when Joker would not want to leave the Normandy SR1. Shepard had to put his/her hands on Joker and drag his butt out of his chair.

Also Why would our squad leave Shepard behind? Shepard calls down the Normandy to save the injured squadmates, yet when the crucible is about to fire, they don't go back for Shepard? WTF.

Also I think the Normandy pick up scene also looks the Normandy blowing up again? I mean when your squadmate does not want to leave Shepard ( Li) Shepard has to tell them to leave the exploding Normandy, and now he/she is reliving those events again.

Yes, Shepard basically sacrifices himself to save the squaddie. It is needed when the Normandy is destroyed, it is completely out of place at the end, especially after what your squadmates have been telling you. They won't leave you behind.

Huh, I just had a thought. It is almost exactly like when Anderson tells Shepard to leave with the Normandy at the begining, and how the extremely close Reaper refuses to fire upon the Normandy.

Just to weigh in on the earlier QEC debate... the control panel operated by the Collector General in ME2 also uses the QEC texture... and it's green.  Coincydink?

OK, that's just an excuse to post the God-awesome end to ME2 again.  One of the most epic, nerve tingling cutscenes in the series imho.

Slender = Jump-Scare the Video Game

Not just Jump Scares.  The atmosphere is terrifying as ****!

just watching someone else playing it is pretty scary. It's not about jump scares, it's about paranoia and knowing something is preying on you.

it would be scarier if there was more tension, but since you*SPOILERS* pretty much die even if you collect all 8 pages, all tension is pretty much lost.  the jump scares are really the only thing "scary" about it.  And I'm not scared im just surprised.  the ambiance is scary at first but eventually the constant drumming and whatnot just gets annoying, especially that note sting they do everytime you spot Slendy, THAT gets old fast.  It's pretty much like Dead Space but with nearly all the tension gone, aside from the tension they try to force with annoying music...

I got scared of it like everyone else at first, but once you get used to the jump scares it is actually rather boring imo.

It's only a crude game. Eventually, someone will probably make something more complex and harder to predict.

That is amazing.

Maybe one day, my dream of having Nuka-Cola Quantum will be realized in my lifetime after all.
