Found in the pitch-black corridor next to the Medical Centre at the FOB.  Obviously it's been known about for months, but how much discussion about it have we actually had?

Someone was being indoctrinated.  But who?  Where is "that place"?  The beam? Certainly there's an awful lot of bodies lying around down there.  The datapad was at the FOB.  When was the message written?  Was it someone at the FOB?  A soldier?  Were they being indoctrinated simply by being present in London?  The last line seems almost like a suicide note - but what if they're still alive?

No, themes and evidence within the universe itself supports the literary theory that Shepard was undergoing indoctrination and is not indoctrinated until choosing to align his or her goals with the Reapers. It's not my head-canon, it's what the ending is. Because a literal ending makes no sense (logically or scientifically) no matter how much you try to explain it that way.

What if that is just what it is, what if it is just something that doesn't make sense.
What if it is something that was better as an idea in someones head.

What if you can't explain to me how an organic at ground-zero survives a multi-KT nuclear blast that damages the Citadel and destroys the Crucible? You can't, but it happens. Explain that. And no bad writing copout, since by that logic the other endings are also bad writing.

You know I can't explain it, instead I will use this video to show you want I think.

I really have nothing to lose because this is a video game and an anonymous forum, a place filled with people whose opinions I hardly care about except for the people whose presence I enjoy. My life is not centered around IT and it will not be affected negatively if I am wrong. I will just not care and move on.

Yep, pretty much this. Three possibilities:
Definitively wrong -> game leaves you with a sour taste in the mouth and it is time to move on (a huge chunk of the community is already at this stage)
Ambiguous -> it's how it is now (IT can work without more content)
Confirmed -> brace yourself for the biggest "I TOLD YOU SO" of history and a bright future for the franchise

AS did the woman trying to save an Alliance soldier, but died, but the gun was lying on the ground, and husk were coming. bam gun shot to the head.

Well, I think it has some ambiguity. On one hand, they could have an-heroed. On the other hand, the moment between " won't go in there." and " Can make it stop." could be when they finally snapped and would " know what to do." I.E. go to the beam and get it over with.
