The EC created even more questions than it answered, actually.

And most of those answers were paper-thin or avoided the question altogether.

"Who designed the Crucible?"

"There's no time to explain."

Legit.

"My solution won't work anymore."

"I reject your choices!"

"The cycle continues."

Seems Legit.

The ending is actually Shep taking a nap after Harby's blast. Now that sounds legit!

BF met with his friend recently. Nothing said could confirm or deny IT or anything related to it, but there was interesting non-NDA breaking stuff :).

I at least think (again, THINK) that ME4 will be a sequel, and like Casey suggested in his tweets, will involve multiple species (as playable?). Not much more I can get into, as it would be pure speculation.

I keep thinking that DA3 and ME4 will be totally next-gen, which is both good and bad IMO.

EDIT: Oh and he played through EC for the first time, taking a literal perspective, but I think he knows very well about IT by now and he said he liked it! Ok, enough snooping -_-

Only repost I will make.

Overly simplistic explainations for overly simplistic minds.

Yeah, that's what I'll do.  I'll get it in about one year, seven months.  You know, once I'm 18.  Darn it you guys!  I was happily ignorant of this stupid, awesome looking game that I can't play before you all came along!

You must be the only person who actually pays attention to age limit restrictions.

That being said, once you hit 18 it doesn't seem like a big deal at all.

Of course, what's sad is that sex is heavily censored and restricted in the U.S. while violence is freely depicted and in many cases practically glorified when one is a perfectly natural and rather beautiful thing necessary for the survival of the species while the other is a hideous and disgusting atrocity... that's still perfectly natural, admittedly.  Yeah.

I'm playing the Geth Dreadnought mission right now. Just started it - already great symbolism - The start of the mission - you are alone, the tube you used has broken off. You enter the ship and have to navigate it to find and secure a new entry point for your squad. So, what is the first thing you see? there is a crashed and broken platform in front of you, and two catwalks that you can use - basicly you can go to the right or to the left. They look absolutely the same, except the lightning - the way to the right is lit with warm Orange/Red, the way to the left is lit with cold dead blue. Just like destroy and control options in the ending.
Do I need to tell which way is a dead end, and which is the right and only way to go?

P.S. right in front of you there is a drop, which leads into the pit that is filled with reaper cables.  There is also a broken platform in front, that looks like it you could climb it and it will get you to the door you need to go into the fastest and you can clearly see the door above it) - but you can't.

Screenshots are incoming. ))

Obstacle - you are alone.
Posted Image

The right way - destroy - pices of broken metal contruction. (the same ones you had to climb through in the prologue, when with Anderson)
Posted Image

The left way - control - seemingly clear solution,
Posted Image

The central view - looks like there is the way to climb, and you can clearly see your goal (which is coincidentally the green light of an unlocked door)
Posted Image
But you really can't, instead there is a drop, and even what looks like a way down into a pile of reaper cables.
Posted Image
The left way is blocked (ironicly wy the central platform itself,) and you can also not some reaper cables.
Posted ImagePosted Image
The right way is the only way to proceed, though you need to do some climbing, and is a longer and harder way.
Note the unplagged reaper cable on the floor.

What i think is going on here - indoctrination is afecting shepard's mind with a goal to affect his descisions. When he is alone - it sorts of bleeds into his perceprion of the real world.
And what is decision making for shepard looks like? That's right - the desicion wheel. THat is why the decision chamber looks like the decision wheel - it is the ultimate attack on his perception.

YES!! Great catch!! :o

Quck question - did CP ever give any indication of Bioware's intent with the Indoctrination Theory poll he posted on the HTL forums? I'm just wondering why he (they) would go to the trouble of polling the fans about it...

I'd like to know that too. I would find it very odd if he just did it out of idle curiosity. As Community Manager he is a public face of Bioware, so he must realise the importance we fans attach to everything he posts.

Wow. It's kinda crazy he did this.

Well at least we know censorship works.  It's like we've seen a country try to censor too hard and instead became a bastion for disturbing, outright sick stuff because lawmakers outlawing normal pornography only left froom for "stuff so twisted the lawmakers didn't think of it because they're not Rosemary's baby".

Ah I remember I once that there was an IT council. Ah the memorys, and was it me, or was I the nice guy in the IT group before I went crazy from reading to much Synthesis, and Control threads. Talking about saving the Reapers/ it's not their fault/ why would you kill the Reapers?.

so someone clarify, so Leviathan decided what the hell lets go for it. Instead of holding on to Shepard for 50k years? if so what could/might we expect for ME4? They even refer to indoctrination seem to be quite a key point throughout the whole series. I've listened to many arguments about the ending. Most just say (the ending sucks, BW sucks, BW don't care about it's fans,it's bad writing full of plot holes and blah blah blah)
IT would be the only thing to make any sense to me of such a unusual ending, or am I just bad at interpreting what I've been watching all these countless hours? Even if it isn't exactly IT, I can't bring myself to say oh yeah they rushed the ending just to spit it out for the sake of money or presure from EA. I think the clues are there and the ME series is by far one of the most detailed, well written and complex stories in any form of media. I have yet to hear and argument against IT that is even fractionally as compelling. (IMO)
been trough ME1-3 several times have most dlc's and have watched clevernoobs IT doc.
am I grasping at staws?
or am I just insain?

Leviathan basically told us that the Starbrat (Intelligence) is Harbinger. And that each cycle ends with the birth of a Reaper, or he's going to harvest all life. Confirmation of synthesis.
