Agreed. It just seems like bullying to go to the synthesis fan thread to bash it when there are plenty of more appropriate places.

Yes, not every ITer pesters positive ending threads the same as not everybody who likes the ending pesters this thread. It's a very small amount actually.

Thanks for this video. After watching it I'm now 100% certain that ME3 is badly written. The video proves how little BioWare cares for their own lore and consistency in their lore. It makes the "Bad Writing Theory" stronger. 

Whoever made this did a good job at showing how little sense a lot of things in ME3 make. You either need a lot of handwaving, jumping through loops and grasping at straws to make sense of it, or you can just simply admit that BioWare doesn't care about consistency in their lore and story.

One of their conclusions is that Reapers do not have the kind of control over organics that Leviathans do, but Leviathan explains that the Reapers have perfected the power.

The bit about the QEC was kind of interesting, Demersel is going to have a field day with that.

As for whoever wondered how the AI was going to harvest the Leviathans without the Reapers to begin with: Leviathan explains he used minions for that. Probably the synthetics the organics had created.

My theory is still that the enthralled races built machines to rebel against the Leviathans (because Leviathans can only control organics), and that the AI was built to control synthetics, and then harvested the Leviathans in order to harness their genetic ability to control organics, so the AI could control both.

And I totally support this because it makes perfect sense.

Indeed, we're actually quite good at staying out of other people's business.  Though you'd never know it based on what many of those Literalists say when they're accusing us of being, I don't know, the AntiChrist of something.

Yes, it is a cop-out because nothing organic or synthetic could survive being at ground zero of that explosion. In fact, I don't think you even thought through your answer at all.

If nothing could survive what actually happened there.
If you think nothing could survive then do you think Shepard dreamt up the whole thing somewhere before actually going down to charge the beam.
