Why what happened to the console?

Keep digging, guys. Idle speculation is not going to figure out anything. Alliance M29 Grizzlies and breezy holes in to open space on Omega? Javik doesnt require a breather to survive on a Geth dreadnought with no atmosphere? There is a wealth of stuff still waiting to be uncovered. Stop looking at the obvious distractions and dig deeper.
Or you can just sit back, mired in idle speculation, and wait for the answers to be handed to you. You just might be waiting for awhile. Your choice...

Not any more than Awakening "adds an ending" to DA:O. Same decisions, new context.
That applies to several different types of post-ending DLC, really.

Really Hellish? You've made some great points in the past, so I respect you - but this is pushing it. Not everything we find is evidence for IT. Which doesn't matter, because we have more than enough anyway. It also doesn't matter because bioware will either do something with it or they won't. It doesn't matter what we do. Goodbye for now.HellishFiend wrote...
I'm surprised no one has noticed that as the Normandy makes its approach to Earth, every ship in the allied force is suddenly an Earth Alliance Dreadnought. Everything in CW Ep 3 is there for a reason. None of it is there purely for show, even in the credits. Same goes for the games themselves.

TIms appearence in the dream sequence has special meaning as well. He is clearly different from the TIM he had a conversation with on Chronos Station. Is he a representation to shepard that actually indoctrination gets you in the end...no matter how hard you fight it? Anderson would then be representing helplessness. The inability to control your own actions.
Or just two sides of Shepards mind, the Indoctrinated and the Unindoctrinated struggling for control and Shepard, as in the Shepard we see beeing the decisive factor.
I always saw the scene as forceful Indoctrination, as in a representation of the Reapers trying to force Shepard's mind open in order to gain control. When taht approach fials (in that you kill TIM) they go for the subtler approach, trying to trick Shepard instead.
in A way I think the TIm scene is probably would could be said happened to most people, people who were not of as strong will as say Shepard, TIM or Saren. They merily succumb instead of beeing tricked, while with greater minds who can resist the direct approach the Reapers prey on their doubts and wishes to make the person submit willingly.

Yes, all of this. You could even compare it to the freudian trio. 2 tests in a row is how I see it. It's just that since Shepard is alone in the second, there is no hand holding. (For the player.)Raistlin Majare 1992 wrote...

Who said I was talking about IT? In any case, if you feel I am "pushing it", then feel free to ignore me. If you're so certain that you have "more than enough" and have made your choice as to what to believe, I'm not sure why you're even reading my posts anyway. I'm sorry if it affects your opinion of me, but feel free to ignore me if you disagree with what I'm saying or how I'm saying it.
If someone's arm needs to be twisted in order to keep digging, they arent my target audience anyway.

Simple: Shepard is responsible for destroy's existence. The hallucination is reaper-influenced, but if it's in Shepard's mind, certain elements must be present. Said another way, Shepard went in wanting to destroy. Therefore, it must be there. Otherwise Shepard could not change his/her motivations.dorktainian wrote...

Not much. Lunch time. Just had a partially original thought. Everyone said it made no sense for the Kid not to open the citadel in ME1. That's true. To add to that, why didn't he lock the relays in ME3? That makes no sense, since the only reason we could use them was because the reapers did not capture the citadel.spotlessvoid wrote...
