Oh and what if your Shepard get's Indoctrinated kills his/her mother....?
Only one backstory has a living one. And we've never actually seen her.
Yep, and when you finally meet Shepard's mother, but your Shepard is Indoctrinated, then good bye mama Shepard. Heck that alone would tell the fans " ya saving everyone has a price. To save a friend you are to loose a friend. To save the world you are to doom another world. But the last two sentences I just made up, and they are terrible.

Okay guys I am hitting the hay. Good nighteveryone, and you either die a hero ( Destroy) or live lon enough. To see yourself become the villan ( Control).

Control= grasping for power
Synthesis= leap of faith
Destroy= fighting your way out
Refuse= standing your ground, and hope for the best.
Also refuse is Shepard on the defenceive now, while Destroy is offenceive. Shepard fight's his/her way out in Destroy, while in refuse Shepard stands his/her ground, and hopes for the best.
I don't see how Refuse would be considered defensive at all. In fact I think it would be the most "offensive" thing Shep could choose to do. Claiming both a moral victory over the absurd choices, and pushing forward to fight and win on their own terms, rather than acquiesce to the conditions of the reaper overlord.
Hell, one way to activate refuse is to shoot that little Starsh*t in the face =P

Destroy - send all augmented people insane by infected them with a virus, effectively wrecking the planet and ending the augmentation programs. Returns humans to the 'right path', if there's anyone left after the smoke clears.
Control - limit all augment's abilities and leash them, under the rule of the Illuminatti - and you get to join them in.
Synthesis - use your own DNA to create a stable basis for everyone to become augmented.
That's the basics of it. But its remarkably similar. Wow.

Blur just told me that. So... they expect us to cry... in a stand-alone DLC? Sure...Andromidius wrote...

Only a main plot DLC would really make anyone cry. This, combined with Sam Hulick, and All the Writers™ makes me hopeful!

IT confirmation incoming?
Who knows? I'm doubtful that it'll be blantantly obvious, but it'll probably be highly suggestive. Bioware do like to tease.

Unless you're conning the other person, and convince them they are getting the better deal.
But in general, yes.

And it's pretty shady that both Tali and Kaiden hit on Shepard when he's been all about Liara since day one. And Tali just acts all buddy buddy around Liara. Conniving ****

What if the person you left in Virmire gets resurrected Shepard style? I'd cry. To me, the only tragedy on Virmire is that you can't leave them both. Although if Javik was an ME1 dlc....

That would be a freak of science, being able to resurrect someone who was killed by a nuclear blast!

Hey everyone! I skipped 2301-2354, what'd I miss? I saw Doomsday's ending/Omega reactor comparison, though, really cool!
Not much. Mostly me commenting on how similar the ending of ME3 is to Dues Ex: Human Revolution. The three choices are hilariously similar!

You mostly just missed arguing about what is and isnt canon.
Plus I got Hanar to admit that since he thinks we cant use Arrival as indoctrination evidence since DLC isnt canon, he isnt allowed to use the extended cut against us, since DLC isnt canon. I dont really think the EC has much to use against us anyhow, but its nice that maybe he'll stop using it in arguments.
