Anyways, for the music to make anyone want to cry, surely it would involve the main characters. Only way this can really happen is with post-ending DLC. Combined with the fact it's got 9 writers and 3 composers working on it...methinks it could be PEDLC, which means IT...probably

That is very, very interesting. I'm struggling to keep my hopes realistic. It's not easy though.
Re Rifneno's comment about no-one getting tears of joy from a story, I actually find myself more likely to fill up in a happy ending - or at least an ending that turns out happy after a darker section. Perhaps it the sense of relief.
I will lose whatever man-points I have remaining by admitting this, but the ending to the Iron Giant (of all things) did this to me.

The last few days HH has gone from an egotistical ****** that makes logical arguments to an egotistical ****** that just comes here to insist the opposite of what anyone says.

It's about analogies, 4th wall breaking dialogue and other kinds of foreshadowing, if you're interested in that sort of thing.

Remember like a week ago when he was spouting some bull**** about not trolling anymore and turning over a new leaf, and spotless and I weren't buying it, and the gullibility squad was all up in arms? Ahh, good times.

I had a happy cry the first time I saw Homeward Bound. I was about six at the time though so I dunno if it counts.

I agree that it is probably a DLC with important characters we know for more than just a few minutes, but the end of Overlord combined with the music was also really emotional.CoolioThane wrote...

I don't think there is a known human emotion that ISN'T evoked by Schindler's list. Often several at once.Eryri wrote...
I remember being devastated at the end of Schindler's List. It would be crass of me to call that a "happy" ending as it depicts real and terrible events, but the themes of the triumph of human decency and compassion over evil, really affected me. Schindler's breakdown when he says "I could have saved more" particularly.
He was a troll during his first appearence in this thread and stated that he changed... I guess you cannot undo what you are in a matter of a few days.Eryri wrote...

Yes, I for one will no longer make the mistake of indulging his desire for attention. His resorting to
"LMAOHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" in an attempt to provoke, proves that he's just a wind-up merchant, plain and simple. He's not interested in debate, just point scoring.
I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt during his reasonable phase, but now...
"Fool me twice... shame on you, fool me three times... Won't... can't get fooled again."

Exactly. The rest of the forum doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned. Almost everyone capable of thinking for themselves is already in this thread. The unwashed, untelligent masses aren't worth the time for posts like that. You just get idiots saying "u just see it that way cuz ur desprate". What's the point?

For all we know it could have to choose between non ME3 squad member, and one of them must die. If this is the case, Zaeed is on the top of my list.

Here's another question though. If they do reveal IT... what next? The Crucible is a ****ty Deus Ex Machina. Even by Deus Ex Machina standards. Pulling the trigger on the greatest mindscrew in the industry's history and then finishing the story with a turd sandwich would be... So yeah, what next? There's no other path to victory even hinted at thus far.
