That would kind of suck. I generally just choose faster cooldowns and more power damage from glyph. I stopped paying attention to how I actually obtained such upgrades after my first playthrough.

They know where the base is and that Liara is the Shadow Broker because Shepard helped her attack the base and assume the Broker's identity back when Cerberus was still monitoring Shepard and the Normandy.

It doesnt make any sense if you didnt play the DLC, but few things make sense if you dont play DLC.

The story is bigger than the ending, sure you can have a delusion about the ending and what it is.
But your delusions don't answer the other bad writing in the game like the crucible, the reapers tactics and Cerberus and Kai Leng as well as every other problem.

This isn't just about an ending.
Overall they did a terrible job at writing and IT doesn't explain any of it other than the terrible ending that makes no sense.

The problem is the ending is not the only thing that makes no sense.

As far as I know, the max bonus is 200% for cooldowns. And +5% dmg? Nah, since I have my "lone wolf" I like to think I'm pro enough to just not need them.

location of the ship -> where is this mentioned exactly?
identity of the new Shadow Broker -? do you think the whole crew signed a NDA? They might have included that info in their journals or emails.
