As far as I know, the max bonus is 200% for cooldowns. And +5% dmg? Nah, since I have my "lone wolf" I like to think I'm pro enough to just not need them. :D

I always have +200%, and I've definitely noticed a difference when I wear gear that offers cooldown bonuses. When I switched to my Cerberus Ajax armor from my custom setup, I could definitely see a difference.

200% cooldowns + vanguard = invincibility B)

Thats exactly why I have +200% cooldowns. Taking damage is for chumps. :D

who needs guns when you have biotic charge

For Harvesters ;)
They can be pretty annoying because you can't charge them.

thats what garrus and his sniper is for ^_^

+ the drone worked for the old shadowbroker, who worked for the collectors (ok, maybe a little far fetched).

The drone worked for ALL old shadow brokers. And in fact he IS the real shadow broker.
For all we know he could be the intelligence Leviathans greated.
MO fits - gathers info on hystory and evolution processes, creates an army of pawns.

I like this theory. I'm not sure if it's true, but I'll be delighted if it is.

Plus he's exact same color as the Guardian.
Plus we know he can take any form.
Plus there are same panels at the citadel part where the quardian is, as there are on the original shadow broker's ship.

And he's telling the next cycle about the crucible.

He's telling THIS cycle about the crucible - he was the one who found that info - Liara straight out says that without glyph she would never noticed it.

I don't recall seeing him in any other form than a drone. He peeks out of the time capsule, true, but still he has his own form in there.

I've always been curious that maybe TIM had some kind of receiver implanted in Shepard in ME2, though Miranda would've been aware of it most likely. If TIM was able to listen in and track Shepard, it would explain a lot in how Cerberus kept showing up wherever Shepard went in ME3. I mean, you just can't ignore the fact that Shepard is filled with Cerberus tech from the Lazarus Project, and Miranda even mentioned to Shepard that she proposed to install a control chip in him originally.

On a related note:
Who writes those mission reports in ME2? Are these Miranda's reports?
In any case, I guess after finishing LotSB this reports heavily implies that Cerberus knows who the new SB is.

Liara explains it in LotSB. He can present himself as anything.

This may be a bit of a leap. The following texture is called "Dreamlight_tile":

When I bring up Texmod and cycle through the textures I was shocked to find out which thing in the game uses this:

This is once again one of those hard irrefutable evidence for IT.

Yes, because questioning your logic and IT makes someone a troll.
No wonder IT is viewed the way it is.

Do any of you all still find it funny when Garrus says in ME1.

Garrus: The Protheans vanished 50,000 years ago.

I really wish Shepard could say

Shepard: No Garrus the Reapers just turned them into Collectors, which we will have to deal with in 2 years after my death/rebirth.

Garrus: Whaaaat?

I'm going to break my own rule for a moment to 'splain something.  There's a different between questioning our logic and being a jack***.

You only view it as being a jack*** because you can't handle reason and logic when someone inspects IT.
You call them names and attack them because you can not answer their questions.

I can see where you're coming from with the whole Glyph theory.
The balancing effect of the SB and the possibility that Glyph has been always there could indicate that it is some form of Reaper tool. But that is only a speculation.
To think Glyph is the Reaper overlord is rather unlikely in my books though.

Perhaps not the overlord any more. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Leviathan stated that the Reapers still obeyed, or ever obeyed, the Intelligence. Merely that the first of them was created by it.

Edit: You were frusterated, weren't you Byne?

Who says overlord?

He is a machine.
He is presented with a task of keeping certain system in balance.
Examines the system. Gathers data.
Finds the element that unbalaces the system the most - removes it.
Can't make long term predictions and calculations - introduces a new element to the system - one that acts as a reset switch.
Observes, and applies adjustments, if needed.

Reapers - scheduled primary reset,
Crucible - manual secondary master reset - wipes the system clean. (like format C: command)

He doesn't even need to have any control over the reapers. They do what they do. all he have to do is introduce them as a new element into a system.
