I mean after all, Harbinger considers himself a deity and was the first reaper, reapers are a mix of synthetic and organic.. so it only makes sense for the intelligence to put himself in with the organic material of the Leviathans.

Plus, the Reaper on Rannoch says "Harbinger speaks of you. You resist, but you will fail." So clearly Harbinger is telling all the Reapers about Shepard. Also, he personally directed the beam run when Shepard charged it.

This would be good too. As long as we get some sort of revelation that makes sense of the ending, I'm pretty easy going about specifics.

Unfortunately, not. However, this is strong evidence for IT, but it could possibly also mean that the artists simply grouped textures for the child's model in a single package.

As i see it we have two prime suspects for being that intelligence.

- Harbinger.
- Glyph.

Harbinger doesn't get more out of being the intelligence - he is already the main antogonist and the leader of the Reapers.

Glyph on the other hand being the intelligecnce makes the story better and richer.

By the way Glyph being the intelligence does not make him antogonist - he's a neutral side - the observer.

He did , he's kind of your average mass effect player not massively into the lore but invested in the story and he thought this would be a great idea

What's also funny is that it's claimed that every race's genetic DNA is used to make new reapers. Their bodies are broken down and harvested... yet the Reapers used the Protheans to make the Collectors, they turn other organics into ground troops like brutes, marauders, husks, banshees etc. That's hardly breaking them down.

Harbinger hasn't found a race capable of being turned into a reaper since the Leviathans until now, that race of course being human.

Unless Bioware explicitly tells us one way or another, IT is both 100% correct and 100% incorrect at the same time.  Yay for quantumm mechanics (and open endings!)

If you believe everything the Leviathan tell you, they creatred the Intelligence, which then wiped them out, turning their race into the first Reaper - which was Harbinger.

Of course.. there's no reason why the AI couldn't then upload itself into Harbinger...
