I think that there will be Mass Effect 3 part 2.

And it will be either payed, or maybe even free DLC.

It will happen like this - Shepard wakes up in the rubble, and realizes that it has all been a dream and illusion, and the fight is still going on. Then slowly he would realize that NOTHING is actually resoleved yet. I mean NO RESOLUTION FOR ALL OF THE MAJOR PLOT LINES. The take back earth, and starting from there they have to retake the whole galaxy back somehow.

The only crazy part is "free DLC". BioWare is not charity. They are done with free DLCs for the foreseeable future. The EC was "an exception that proves the rule".

No, it's all crazy.  Making the ending a huge mindscrew is one thing, but taking the entire game out of canon when we did things like cure the genophage and make peace between the geth and quarians is the kind of stuff that turns a fanbase into a lynch mob.

Funny enough, I've accidentally gotten Tali killed more times than any other squadmate. She died twice on my first playthrough because I decided it would be a great idea to side with the geth, then take her on the beam run with an abysmal EMS:unsure:

Lots of quotes with subtle hints, mirroring, metaphor, and foreshadowing, but nothing substantial. This was mostly a combat DLC.

You misunderstood me.  Everything that happened in ME3 before the beam run - happened. 

By no major plotlines not resolved i meant - not knowing what cerberus is really up, and not knowing how to stop the reapers. 

It is still crazy, but i wanted to make the difference clear. 

What you're talking about is exaclty what Hellish and his friend have in mind.
