The message even if not that great fits perfectly with the literal interpretation while it doesn't with IT, which is a fact, yes. If it would be the only instance it could be waved away, but it is not, thus it is basically a statement of intention.hukbum wrote...
So, the old "now go out there and buy DLC" message ... what does it tell us about about Shepards story?
Looks like that datapad is really important storywise. And it showed up in low EMS as well, so it has to be more than really important.

Yes, but any additional content doesn't have to support the original intentions. Stories are changed on demand if there is a bigger profit to be expected. This goes both ways, which is why many people don't like this sort of thing. Personally I would have loved it if they never made the EC but only touched the issue with Leviathan. That would have been much closer to the original intent then anything that can be released now.TJBartlemus wrote...

Ever think of the possibility that we haven't seen all there is yet? Until the last DLC is released, we cannot make a definite statement if the IT is true or not.

Maybe, just maybe the stargazer scene is out of the narrative? You know, as in it's not actually part of damn story? As in it's there to be a message to the player that there's one more story?
IKR? It's almost as if it's just a 4th wall breaking message that tells us we'll get another game with Shepard.

Quite possible. The ME1 - 3 trilogy was Shepard's story. After the last cinematic before the credits the narrative would be over wouldn't it?

Now thats the most fool arguement against IT that i have seen, Bioware wants us to buy their future DLC thats all the datapad is. If you wanna get deeper than your saying the ending never happens and we never did attack the Cerberus base because after that datapad we start right before the Cerberus Base attack.

It's called a slant rhyme. Really, Megumi, at this point you're just being rude and negative. Maybe you should lay off and just give Banshee a little credit for such a cool video? Or at least stop being such a nitpicker.
