How about Udina's office? that's where Shepard got the information regarding the catalyst from the Asari Councilor. Does she behave strangely, what if Udina was framed, because for him pulling a gun at the last second is still Udina being Udina to me.

I keep haring mention of those poppies, where they added to the main citadel hub map with leviathan or do they just appear in the DLC missions?leonia42 wrote...
If I recall, the red poppy flowers from Leviathan are featured heavily on the Citadel, including Udina's office.

First of all i would like to say, that I'm not screeming OMG CITADEL IS FAKE!! etc.
this could mean nothing - could be just the way the levels are made.
But stil it is quite a strange choice to make them that way.
First - the way the levels are made really suggest that the part with the memorial wall in the Dock Holding is not real. - it is simly not there.
Observe:
Here it is in the Dock Holdings area.

As you can see here the dock holding area is directly below the Normandy.

so this area here is the same dock holding area. (note it is absolutely empty, which is strange by itself, but i will come back to that)

But if you try to look at place where the memorial wall should be - you'll see this (and you don't even have to go to the very edge of the map or something - it is clearly visible from any point that it is simply not there at all)

Why would they make a level like that? I can get the absense of people - it may be so not to strain the game performance (but we will get to that.) but why do this? For this to happend they would have to do MORE work - they would have to take the model of the level and REMOVE the part with the memorial wall. And then they would have to add the citadel presidium level in. (which is fully animated by the way - the cars fly by, the water moves etc)
Now, let's come back a little - remeber the window where you can look down on the Dock holdings level?

Why is it empty? it is the same place we visit in the game- why is it empty? Performance issues? Really? Ok, let's take a closer lood at the notmany's dock level - It is actually HUGE
Let me demotstrate -

See? that is actual level - all of it - with animated random generated NPCs! See those two turians? here's another screenshot a second later

They are actually walking - so the whole level exists as a level, not just as simple background.


So why is this area is completely empty??

By the way - that exact point - is the ONLY place where you can hear the "If you're hearing strange voices or having unusual headaches - pleace contact the nearest C-Sec officer for immideate assistance." And the best part that it triggers each time you go from the elevator to the normandy and pause at this exact spot to observe the area - you just have to wait like two or three seconds. And it is the only way to get it - you can't get it again in the random loop.
But you might say, that it is common, they do their levels like that all the time. Indeed. They do. On the Citadel.
Here's another example -the view of presidium commons from the huerta memorial hospital - it is also completely empty


But there is a catch. They are not copletely empty - not the bird on the roofs - the very same that the presidium commons level has. And they are completely animated.


Why include the level at all if the simple random background would have been sufficient (if memory restrictions were an issue?)

Possibly, but there's nothing to suggest he was ever real. Even the place we initially saw him disappears.
And isn't that laugh we hear of his echoy? classic dream-like sound effect. And he's in a complete echo-free area.
