I think I can say that this wierd vocal minority may have all taken a bus or something to the VGA's - it's the only explanation...

I noticed it, and was like "Oh damn, that has to be embarassing as hell for BioWare. :devil:"

The minute I saw that happen I think I realized that, yes, people are still pissed...it isn't just me.

I think Bioware went from "ohh I hope we win" to "ya we're out" right then.

I havent played Borderlands 2. Is Claptrap less of annoying mother****er in it? Because from what I know of him from Borderlands 1, anyone who voted for him had to have been high.

OR they are the ones that Bash Bioware/ IT, and are people that just hate ME3/BIoware.

Not really. Hes basically a generic soldier. Noble 6 had like 10 lines and s/he was still more interesting than the Chief.

Claptrap is certainly a .... colorful character, love or hate him (mostly hate), but I agree with the sentiment that Chief is a bag of bricks in terms of personality and the player is essentially Shep. Neither deserved it.

Chief isnt even my favorite Spartan II. That would be Kelly or Linda. I just find Chief completely bland.

Well...ME3 did have a bit more autodialog so we got to see more of shep's "personality"

but yeah, I do agree. Shepard's personality (paragon, renegade, paragade) was chosen by the player via the dialog wheel.

The ME players should have been nominated

He's a bit more annoying in 2, even though there's only one of him now. Entertaining at first, you can even high five him, but dubstep robot gets old real fast.

They left too many clues, worked to hard to do that. 
Plus if everything remains the same, they have lost me as a fan with no chance of me returning.

This has already happened for me with EA.
