If there was a major IT DLC, I do want an 'I called IT' shirt.

And it turns out to be a digital t-shirt since EA's handling it. Which still fine.

Meh, my mother calls me worse.  That's not the point.  The point is that this is how people behave about these things.  When people feel strongly about a topic, they tend to... not get along with people who feel strongly about the opposite side of the debate.  That's why religion and politics tend to be big no-no's on forums like these.  Issues that divide people make people act like that.  It's human nature.  Don't fight human nature.  You will never win.  Ever.

really? my friends make fun of me for believng in an "imaginary friend" and i dont care, and whenever a discussion about religion or politics comes out we just don´t care if we believe differently

I'm sure most literalists and ITers also wouldn't spit bile at each other in real life. It's just that on the internet, many rules in normal human society don't apply. Absolute anonymity has a way of making people express their opinions more aggressively.

I'm pretty damn sure I'd not be well liked if any of you knew me in real life. I'm much ruder and less constrained in my attitudes when someone pisses me off.

And I have extremely obnoxious tastes in music that make even the few friends I have reluctant to visit me.

And I'm okay with that.

I have a major anger problem in real life and am rather rude, yet I've only ever been actually angry thanks to BSN once and attempt to stay polite and open minded, even if I fail a lot.

Not when all you can say is various strung together swear words.

Which is strange, inward I'm very rational and calculating.  But the moment I have company, I'm all emotion.  Hense why I prefer the internet - I can walk away if someone is bothering me much more easily.

I tend to write off anyone who calls himself an ex- navy SEAL or special forces soldier who screams around and insults people as a raging child craving attention. I'm pretty sure a real soldier would be above that, especially a special forces one.

Poverty and suffering will never cease to exist. Even when everybody has been infused with synthetic material.

Here in the UK, if someone claims to be ex (or worse yet, current) SAS then you can safely assume they are full of ****.  Especially if they are a bigger guy who clearly spends too much time in the gym.

SAS types are scary not because they brag.  They are scary because they do.  They don't need to tell you they can kill you with their bare hands, or shoot you from half a mile away, or demolish the side of your house with homemade explosives.  They know they could if they wanted to, and they also know they never will because they have self control and discipline.

Though they will give you a slapping if needs be.  Just enough so you know who's who.

And there's just something about being able to stare at one location for days on end that gives a man a truely terrifying deathglare.

I'm not good at walking away from real life situations.  But then I'm a big guy, so I rarely have to.

...luckily no-one wants to find out that I'm actually more bark then bite.  Being scary means I never had to develop a skill for fighting.

I remember I was once arguing with guy on youtube about Afghanistan, and he was raving about how all afghans should be rouned up and killed. When I disagreed with him, he claimed he was a Jaeger (The danish special forces), and that he had killed over 50 people in Afghanistan. Little did he know, I actually had a family member who was in Afghanistan at that time. After my sister had run checks on him and confirmed that he never was in Afghanistan, much less a Jaeger, I presnted the information to him. He proclaimed it fake and never posted a comment again.

EDIT: top!

The only news we ever hear from Mexico is something like:

"Yesterday Mexican Police discovered twenty headless and limbless bodies hanging from a bridge overlooking the main highway into Mexico City.  Bags filled with heads and limbs were found in trashcans nearby.  Police think this was a gang related killing."

...yeah, I'm never going on holiday there.
