Expansion does not equal ending. Expansion is an expansion. Making an expansion does not lie about the fact that the endings aren't changing.
Fact.
Fact is also that Chris Priestly said that the endings aren't going to be changed, altered or expanded upon.

It is also a reason why Mass effect 3 is just bad writing.
Reapers don't usually use bad tactics, in ME3 they become stupid and lose loads of Reapers.
Doesn't make any sense to do that, just bad writing.
Can you prove bad writing?

But we're not asking for an expansion of the endings. We already got that in the EC. What we want is an expansion of the rest of the game that takes place after the endings.

I'll be disappointed most likely. We all know the only reason they would ever do this was to sell more copies of ME4. It's the sad truth of modern day society. They have a chance to do something truly great, yet they don't take this chance. That is truly disheartening, to know that the creator of my two favorite game universes has cracked under the might of EA's greediness.

And Hanar what's to say Bioware is lying to Literal interpiation. If your saying Bioware is just saying this to IT, then what's to say about Literal. Honest Bioware can lie. What's to say Bioware could lie to Literalist, as well as ITers. Also a reason why Bioware is not doing anymore end dlc's is because maybe if they announced one, then fans would ***** about " Do this and do that, if this person dies, than I am done." Also Chris denied Omega dlc, Chris denied Project .
You can say that Chris could have lied to use that IT is vaild, but what about Literal. Do you believe Bioware is not lying to literalist because what they says is true. I find it funny you believe Bioware's word, yet point out the facts Bioware can lie.
We just have to wait and see what Bioware plans, and it starts with this next dlc coming up.
It would be nice if you would at least try to write your comments in proper English so I can try to understand them and reply to them.
But as I understand it, you're saying that Chris Priestly is lying? Then he could also be lying that the IT is a valid intepretation. It goes both ways buddy. Either you accept Chris is speaking the truth when he repeatedly said that the endings are done and won't be expanded upon anymore, which makes waiting for an IT reveal a waste of time. Or you can believe Chris Priestly is lying (for whatever reason), which means he could also be lying when he said "the IT is a valid intepretation".

I highly doubt there have never been suicide bombing tactics ever before. I said ages ago that I thought reaper numbers were unsustainable. It's a possible reason literal catalyst is so eager to change the solution because his will fail eventually.

Because an "IT reveal" would in no way shape or form have to alter the endings as they currently stand. It wouldn't even have to alter the Catalyst conversation.
Endings done, finished, finito = / = people's perception of the endings done, finished, finito.
Bioware could quite easily release a dlc/expansion set BEFORE the events at Cronos Station which gives us concrete evidence that the Catalyst is trying to bend Shepard to the Reapers will. Hell, some would suggest that Leviathan already did that.
And with plenty of DLC still to come and unresolved issues in the form of Harbinger, the Reaper's reasons for moving the Citadel to Earth etc, Bioware could well have more than a few twists and turns left before ME3's story is done.

My sole response to the trolls will be this single post I wrote a few days ago:Gravity isn't "proven," because it never CAN be, it simply has an enormous amount of evidence to prove its existence and no other adequate explanation (so far) that would explain the events that occur around us. However, it can never be proven true since we can't see gravity itself, only its effects.
As for how the relates to IT, IT also has an enormous amount of evidence to prove its existence with no other adequate explanation that would explain the events in both the ending and throughout ME3. (In fact, the only other explanations given have a lot of evidence that points toward them being total BS) Hence, since the only way to "prove" IT is Word of God, it either is a scientific theory or is close enough to being one that that it is OK to call it such in common conversation.
/science nerd
... And there will be no more replies to troll posts from this user for the moment.
I always love it when people try to compare substances in games to real life.
It doesn't cross over the way they picture it as being the the same.
Almost everything proves gravity.
For IT however it is not so and there is plenty of explanations for why Mass effect 3 was the way it was.
Everything does not prove IT and in fact some of the stuff suggests otherwise.
But that stuff is ignored in IT.
But it is brilliant you compare something we think as flawless with no known holes to something far fetched at best.
I believed I asked the question as to where exactly Shepard was indoctrinated, I still got no answer.
Unless you're comparing how they are on oppsite sides of the scale.

I am still playing through the game and have yet to play that mission again, but here's a thought for now.
Even though the memories you see in the consensus about the start of the morning war may actually be truthful, and Legion isn't intentionally misleading you, I do think there's a twist here.
- No matter how hard you try, you can't completely eradicate the Reaper code from the memory banks. There's always a root that will stay there. Design oversight? I think not.
- If you allow the Geth to use the Reaper code to ascend to true AI status, the Geth will upload themselves into the suits of the Quarians, essentially helping to make them healthier.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Legion is evil and he's purposely deceiving you. However, I do think there's a good chance that (even though he's doing it with the best intentions - just like Shepard chooses synthesis with the best intentions) the decision to let Legion use the Reaper code may end up biting you in the ass in a next game.
Just think of the Zha'til. The AI at some point took control over their hosts.
If the Reaper code in the Geth rewrites itself, there may be a possibility that the Geth (under Reaper control) will take over the Quarians. In this case you will have essentially created a new enemy faction; the Collector version of the Quarians, a fusion of Geth AI and Quarians.
Again, I still need to play through it again, but I do think making peace between Geth and Quarians may turn out to be a wrong decision.
Just because of that Reaper code. People say it's 'repurposed', but I'm not buying it. There's a reason we couldn't fully remove the roots of that code. It's self-replicating. It will just restore itself to how it was before.

And why would BioWare undo their endings by proving a fanon theory? Because that's what the IT basically does. If the IT is true than we're left with a game without a real ending (because you propose the endings aren't real, that's what the IT says). That means BioWare would have to enhance and/or expand upon the endings we have to bring everything to an actual conclusion, which is exactly what Chris said BioWare won't do.
So why implement IT if you're not going to do anything with it? Why would BioWare implement your fanon theory if they're not going to actually expand on that theory?

Hm, interesting.
That would be a neat way to show that making the Paragon decision is not always the correct one. Legion may have been a good intentioned Geth, but you're right, there's always that risk.

Hey, people arguing about cerberus sizes last night, even ignoring the recruiting/conscripting going on they had more than 150 people. The derelict reaper had at least 50 husks on it and if they weren't all the science team where did they come from?
Edit: And paxton explained the dream bench ages ago. It's a representation of all the furniture from Earth Shepard couldn't save.
@BasheeOwnage: Those sounds sound similar to those in the Breath Snene. That would mean that in the IT DLC Shepard would hold his head and get help from Anderson, which wouldn't really be surprising considering that they ran head to head to the beam.
